The land of Israel. The most hotly contested region in the world. The Jewish people say it is theirs, and the Arabs say it is theirs. Yet God tells us clearly to whom it belongs. The land belongs to Jehovah, and He says He has given it to the Jewish people as an inheritance forever. Interestingly, this tiny slice of real estate surrounded by enormous Muslim countries has prospered only under the Jewish people.
At present, these courts are limited to civil arbitration and require the consent of all parties involved. But the key issue is not merely what they can do now—it is what has now been officially recognized. For the first time in a modern legislative context, the State of Israel has formally acknowledged and expanded the legal role of Sharia courts. To students of Bible prophecy, this is not just legal policy—it is a signal.
The hatred for Daniel’s people–Israel—is so prevalent at this late hour of this dispensation (the Age of Grace) that a large portion of our nation has lost its collective mind. They have become totally reprobate, as Paul prophesied in Romans 1:28. The haters have become mad and upside down in their ability to reason when it comes to the much-hated Israel.
The Iranian regime spent the weekend reminding everyone why Operation Epic Fury was necessary. Intentionally targeting civilians, attacking holy sites in Jerusalem, firing long-range missiles at a US base, and taking aim at Israel's Dimona nuclear reactor, Iran's regime once again showed its true evil face.
I’ve been troubled by the increasing number of churches and Bible teachers who are misinterpreting God’s timeless promises to the nation of Israel and the Jewish people. This false teaching, called replacement theology, suggests that God’s covenant blessing with the nation of Israel and its allies no longer exists and instead has somehow been reinterpreted to apply only to God’s modern-day fellowship of believers, His church. Nevertheless, a faithful reading of Scripture proves unequivocally that God’s covenant with Abram in Genesis 12:2-3 remains true as ever today
When the Jewish people joyfully acknowledge Jesus as King and He reigns during the Millennial Kingdom, gladness will replace groaning and rejoicing will replace rejection. Enemies will no longer threaten His people, nor will disaster ever strike the nation again. In fact, not only will the remnant rejoice over God but God will rejoice over the remnant.
The regime's leadership is being taken out one by one. In just 19 days since Operation Epic Fury began, Iran's Air Force, Navy, and missile defenses have all been destroyed. Its ballistic missile and drone launches have also plummeted. The US and Israel, working side by side, are completely obliterating Iran's entire military and terror infrastructure in stunning fashion. President Trump posted on Wednesday that "the world's number one state sponsor of terrorism" is being put "out of business."
To get an idea of just how far the West has fallen, compare the current US military operation against Iran to the effort to defeat Nazi Germany during World War II. Today, the free world is facing a modern-day Nazi death cult in the form of Iran's regime. You would think the entire free world would unite to eliminate this existential threat, just as it did during World War II—but 2026 is not 1941.
When the church forgets Israel, arrogance often follows—and arrogance breeds antisemitism. Church history bears painful witness to this. Yet antisemitism is again on the rise. Replacement theology, by denying Israel’s place in God’s plan, risks fueling this hatred anew. Antisemitism is an affront to God’s heart. His love for Israel has never expired, and Genesis 12:3 still stands: “I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you.” Antisemites hate what God loves.
The historic partnership between the United States and Israel during Operation Epic Fury has been a sight to see. Analysts are describing the blitz against the Iranian regime as “one of the most coordinated Allied operations in modern warfare.” The deep friendship Israel holds with the Trump administration has been a game-changer in the Middle East, one that stands in sharp contrast to others that came before.
If there has been a justifiable war since World War II, this may be it. This is not defending oil-rich countries made wealthy by American dependence. This is confronting a direct threat to our security and to that of our natural ally, Israel. President Trump should be commended for taking the regime at its word and responding — not because it was politically popular, but because it was justified, militarily and morally.
Does our view of Israel really matter? Yes—because it relates to the credibility of Scripture and the character of God. A theology that redefines God’s promises inevitably reshapes how His people are viewed. The conviction that God will yet fulfill His promises to Israel is not political; it is Biblical. And in a world where antisemitism is again rising, it is a conviction Christians cannot afford to surrender.
Tucker Carlson is currently looking for anything he can blame Israel and the Jews for. That is the epitome of demonization. He is at it again with more lies about Israel and the Jews. The demonizing continues. This time, he claims that an orthodox Jewish sect known as Chabad-Lubavitch started the Iran war (and pulled the USA into it) because Chabad wants to usher in the building of the Third Temple in Jerusalem.
Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East, and yet the media portrays her as the villain of the world. I believe this is a supernatural hatred that comes from the pit of hell—spiritual warfare against the plan of God and the Jewish people. Questions from some in the church, about the position of Israel as the elected people of God and the return of the Jewish people to their homeland as acts of God, are rooted in Biblical illiteracy.
No mention of Israel. No clear land boundaries. Assumed colonization and occupation throughout the document. Ignoring the clear one-sided Palestinian agenda, the rest of the language will appeal to our post-modern, social justice-hungry global village, and that is the real challenge, because most people have already accepted the Palestinian narrative as Gospel, so this document will probably look very promising to them.
In his quest to discredit Israel as God’s chosen nation, Tucker Carlson recently joked that the Old Testament should be updated and rewritten. Because of podcasters like Tucker, Israel—ethnically, theologically, and politically—has become part of a larger debate in the media on U.S. foreign policy. Therefore, the Old Testament is frequently targeted because of Israel’s central role in it. But what does God’s Word plainly say about the Old Testament?
We all watched as believers, churches and denominations dealt with the COVID pandemic, the Black Lives Matter movement, the movement to redefine gender and sexuality, and then the DEI movement. And yet, we’re seeing an even bigger test today—what I would call The Israel Test—to reveal what we really believe about what I regard as clear Biblical teaching. I am, of course, talking about the replacement theology movement that has surfaced yet again.
There are several geopolitical and prophetic implications of the current war in Iran. One major impact is that it is surfacing and strengthening the alliances that are presented in the Bible in Ezekiel chapter 38. This chapter in the Bible tells us that in the end times, when Israel is at rest and living securely, they are going to be invaded by a coalition of nations. If you look at the location of these ancient places on a modern map, it's very clear that the main leaders at the core of this coalition are Russia, Iran, and Turkey.
The world trembles. Alliances shift. Rockets fly. Nations posture. But heaven is not shaken. The same God who preserved Israel in the days of Esther is still sovereign today. The same God who foretold Jerusalem would become a burden to the nations will bring His prophetic plan to completion. History is not spiraling out of control. It is moving toward a King
As Israel observes the feast of Purim, the barrages of Iranian missiles underscore the Jewish people's resilience in a whole new light. As Jews worldwide gather to eat hamantaschen and read the book of Esther for the feast of Purim, Israeli soldiers remain at their posts from Gaza to the North. Israeli civilians walk in fear, as a rain of missiles launch from the same geographical location at the center of the epic story detailed in the book of Esther.
Iran is not simply a political talking point, but what many, including myself, believe is a land of biblical significance. Iran (ancient Persia) is considered a major player in end times prophecy. So—is this Bible prophecy unfolding? While Scripture tells us not to set dates (but to watch and be ready), any turmoil in this part of the world should cause us to sit up.
The President not only encouraged prayer for God's help and protection, he also pinpointed a spiritual reason why such a large-scale military operation was absolutely necessary. "We sought repeatedly to make a deal," Trump stressed, adding that diplomatic efforts proved fruitless because the Iranian regime "just wanted to practice evil." There are some ideologies so deluded and entangled with "practicing evil" that their actions can no longer be swayed by reason. The regime in Tehran was a perfect example of this irrational—and demonic—mindset.
Today, a third round of indirect talks between Iran and the United States in Geneva have already temporarily halted. Both sides say they want negotiations to work. I wouldn’t put money on it. Abbas Araghchi, foreign minister of Iran, said they will not give up their “peaceful” nuclear purposes. He went on to threaten the targeting of US bases in the region, “even if they are on the territory of Arab countries.” On the American side, President Trump, in his State of the Union address, said he will never allow the world’s number one sponsor of terror to have a nuclear weapon. As US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee said, Iran is a threat to the US, not just to Israel.
For the first time since 1968, the great Isaiah scroll from the Dead Sea Scrolls is being displayed in its full length at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem. They were discovered in 1947, just one year before the establishment of the state of Israel in 1948, a moment when the world was questioning Israel's right to exist as a modern nation. The scrolls stood as Israel's ancient deed to the land that God promised them.
We should embrace the current Israel as genuine Israel, called to travel a painful path in the future that will lead to her sifting and salvation. The defense and preservation of this nation is dear to the heart of God. It should be dear to ours also. The adversary wants conservatives and Christians to turn their back on current Israel because that helps forward his iniquitous plans to expunge the current Israel so there is no Israel at the second coming that can be redeemed. It is high time for all dispensationalists to get on the right side of the Zionism issue.
When US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee sat down with Tucker Carlson, whom he has known for 30 years, he expected a lively interview; what he got was a venomous inquisition. To state the obvious, Carlson wasn't interested in Huckabee's answers or uncovering the truth. His stunt against Israeli airport authorities proves his lies are calculated, not done out of ignorance. Carlson came to Israel with one agenda: to deceive.
Unfortunately, some theologians claim Christ’s death, resurrection, and ascension invalidate God’s covenantal relationship with Israel. If this theory were true, there would be no biblical reason to support Israel’s rebirth as a nation in its ancient homeland today. But this concept never entered Paul’s mind. Paul taught that Israel not only matters to God, but that the nation has a bright prophetic future.
Over the past week, the US has transported an enormous amount of firepower to the Middle East. The Air Force has sent AWACS, mid-air refueling tankers, B-52 Stratofortress bombers, and more than 50 fighter jets from all up and down the classification list. Naval assets include two carrier groups, between 7-9 Arleigh-Burke class destroyers, a whole list of support ships, and, if the rumor is accurate, the USS Georgia, a nuclear submarine armed with 154 Tomahawk missiles.
As ambassadors for Christ, many self-proclaimed Christians have delivered the Jewish people a false version of Jesus, stripping Him of His Jewishness and representing Him as someone who despises and rejects them. Consequently, the name of Jesus has become an offence to many Jewish ears. Here also lies the immeasurable benefit of rightly interpreting God's Word: a proper representation of Jesus' profound love for the Jewish people draws individual Jews toward the Gospel.
Everyone here in the Middle East continues in our hold pattern as the United States and Iran decide what they’re going to do about each other. Other countries, such as Turkey, Qatar, and Russia, are throwing in their two shekels of advice and warnings. Here in Israel, we saw our Prime Minister take his sixth trip to Washington, seventh to the US, where he held a three-hour meeting with the American President. Meanwhile, back home, our military continued its preparations for a brief and violent visit to Iran. In other words, it’s kind of business as usual. There’s one more area where we can see business as usual. This world continues to rapidly move toward the great war promised in Ezekiel 38-39.
As I’ve spoken to churches around the nation, I’ve asked seasoned Christians who were alive in 1948 and 1967 if they remember the excitement surrounding developments in Israel. Almost everyone who lived through those times consistently testified that there was no celebration, no sense of “Aha!”, not even faint awareness that God’s prophetic time clock was moving into overdrive. Without a clear understanding of God’s promises to Israel—most people had no real awareness of what was coming to pass before their eyes.
The Sydney protest, held on 9 February 2026, contained the usual elements: antisemitism, Palestinian flags, disgusting signs, mob mentality, and lawless behaviour. The latest jingle was also on display, with one protestor holding up a sign reading: “From the river to the sea, Herzog to the ICC.” The ICC is obviously a reference to the International Criminal Court, with protestors continuing to maintain that Israeli officials should be prosecuted for war crimes. Roundly criticised for her appearance at the protest was the 2021 Australian of the Year, Grace Tame.
All Islamic nations have a duty to “erase” the Jewish State of Israel, and given the opportunity, they will all do so, the grandson of the Islamic Republic’s founder insisted on Wednesday. "The Israelis know full well that if the day comes when any Islamic nation is capable of firing missiles at Israel, and striking Israel, and if they are capable of erasing Israel – they will do to Israel what Hamas did to it."
The result was victory—to a point. The IDF routed the terrorists and eliminated large swaths of Hamas’s membership and infrastructure. And while many feel that Israel lost the public relations (PR) war, it has been losing that battle unjustly for years, despite following much more humane protocol than its attackers. If it was destined to suffer a PR fallout regardless of what it did, its physical victory becomes all the more vital. What will it take for the world to recognize that terrorists are the enemies and Israel is not? Is there anything Israel can do to gain the world’s favor?
One very important factor is being overlooked in all the calculus and strategy about dealing with the powers in Tehran. We have to remember what drives the Iranian regime: a Shiite apocalyptic theology and ideology. This ideology is the lens through which they view the world. For them, everything that is happening is being branded as a "holy war." They use their theology as a shield to justify their brutality, even against their own people.
One would assume that the world would have learned from the evil horrors of the Holocaust. Instead, we are again living in a time when antisemitism is spreading and devouring like a wildfire. To further answer the question "Why are Jews still attacked worldwide?" we must also consider the spiritual battle that surrounds antisemitism—one that is demonic in nature.
Its stated purpose is ambitious: transform Gaza into a modern, high-tech metropolis—an economic engine meant to replace war with development. But behind the language of reconstruction and prosperity lies a critical question prophecy watchers must ask: Is this structure truly protecting Israel—or is it positioning the nations to control Israel through internationalized “peace”?
At this point, it is very hard to believe that these entries are based on mistakes or faulty research. They belong to a category that we could label willful disinformation. Willful disinformation is what fuels propaganda, and propaganda is what molds and shapes a generation into following a specific ideology and agenda. Our children and young adults are being misguided into believing in a fabricated history that has nothing to do with facts.
President Donald Trump has said that help is on the way for the protesters. This has led to both bluster and action from the United States, Israel, and Iran. US Senator Lindsey Graham assured the Iranian citizens, “Trump is a man of his word. He has your back.” Iran responded, “If our country is cornered, it will respond in a way it never has before.” Knowing that the ayatollah’s threats were directed at Israel as well as America, Prime Minister Netanyahu promised, “Any attempt by Iran to harm us will be met with a decisive response. It will be a big mistake, a very big mistake, one mistake too many.”
The exhibit at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights is all about villainizing Israel with no one to counter or challenge its claims. And if this remains up for years, which most exhibits tend to, you can be assured that anti-semitism will continue to spread like a wildfire in Canada.
Sadly, anti-Zionist rhetoric does not only come from the pro-Palestinian mob, it also comes from those within the Christian community whose anti-Zionist tendencies have led them to upend established interpretive principles where it concerns the Bible. In other words, they have fundamentally adopted a hermeneutic which I can only bewilderingly describe as “the Isaiah 5:20 hermeneutic.”
In our day and age, our worse enemies like online antisemite Nick Fuentes compare the Jews to cookies going into ovens. Others say the Shoah (the catastrophe) never happened or was just exaggerated as propaganda for the Jews to start the State of Israel. Even within our friends and within the evangelical church, there are people who think that six million was too high a number. I lost my grandfather, murdered in Auschwitz. If you ask me...One was too high a number!
I don’t believe that President Trump was fooled by the stays of execution. I think the current halt is due to a conversation between the president and Prime Minister Netanyahu. The subject was regime change, which is a very real possibility if America and Israel get involved. They recognize that the ayatollahs will do whatever it takes to ensure that they stay in power.
Decapitation or capitulation? Does Trump lop off the Islamist head of the regime or continue to exert maximum pressure to force behavioral change? Any viable strategy must take into account the nature of the ayatollah’s regime. Pride, ideology, and survival define it. An outcome perceived as outright defeat would be intolerable. Any loss must therefore be framed – however implausibly – as victory, or the regime will be unable to accept it or survive internally. Scripture reminds us that pride goes before destruction, yet pride also blinds leaders to reality.
Interestingly, the Jerusalem Post reports that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is "currently the most popular person in Iran." One Tehran resident said that "people have fallen in love with him." Iranians were "impressed" by Israeli strikes on Iran in June as part of "Operation Rising Lion," as the air force focused only on regime infrastructure and did not harm civilians.
As Christians, we should always examine world events with a Bible in hand. Through the lens of Scripture, we understand two critical insights that are unique to those with a Biblical worldview: Where we should stand on an issue and what God's prophetic Word states will happen in the future. Through these insights, let's examine the chaotic developments in Iran.
Not everyone shared in this victory. Some were very critical of Trump, and others were deluded enough in their minds to blame Israel. Yes, that's right, they blamed Israel, and once again, Candace Owens was leading the charge. "Within minutes, Candace Owens reframed Venezuela's liberation into an Israel-centric conspiracy, declaring that 'Zionists cheer every regime change because they steal land, oil, and other resources.'"
Well, that didn’t take long. After what seemed like a millisecond of national unity against antisemitism in the wake of the Bondi massacre, people want to take to the streets again in order to “Free Palestine.” Although their usual talking points of genocide and mass starvation still remain at the core of their protests, the pro-Palestine mob seems to have become incensed at the decision by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to invite Israeli President Isaac Herzog to visit Australia.
The Israeli security agency Shin Bet recently foiled an attempt by Iran to smuggle large amounts of advanced weapons to Palestinian terrorists in Judea and Samaria (also known as the West Bank) to be used in attacks against targets in Israel. The smuggling operation demonstrates that Iran, after losing its proxies in Lebanon and Syria, is intensifying its efforts to open a new eastern terror front against Israel inside Judea and Samaria by exploiting Israel’s long and porous border with Jordan.
In Romans 11, Paul is proclaiming that even though Israel rejected Jesus, that doesn’t mean God’s plan of redemption was thwarted. Instead, it was spread to the nations and the once-severed relationship between God and His creation was reconciled in Jesus. That’s real good news. However, the news gets even better, Paul looks ahead prophetically to that day when Jesus will return
Looking forward to 2026, one wonders if the focus will remain on Israel. Truly, there is no reason why it will not, and, in fact, everything seems to indicate that Israel will be even more of a focal point in the coming year. The real question is: Will it be a focal point or a thorn in the flesh? This all depends on your worldview.
Over the years, Republicans and Democrats have shown both support for Israel and distaste for it. Pro-Jewish history runs side by side with virulent anti-Semitism. Yet despite these problems, Jewish people always have called America the Goldina Medina, Yiddish for the “Golden Land,” because they have been allowed to flourish here. So what is America’s future?
They either say that God’s promise to Abraham was conditional or that it was only spiritual or that it was all part of a grand scheme to do a “God’s chosen” quick swap with the advent of the church age. This doctrine continues to spread rapidly through the body of Christ, and it is not new. There have been many in the history of the church who have been doing all they can to erase the ongoing importance of Israel.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told reporters at a press conference on Monday that the Jewish State is closely monitoring military exercises being conducted by the Iranian regime, underscoring large-scale repercussions for “any action against Israel” taken by Tehran. “We are following this and doing all the necessary preparations,” Netanyahu stressed. “I want to convey this clearly to Iran: Any action against Israel will be met with a very severe response.”
While the global spotlight on Australia is forcing the government to take long-overdue action to better protect the Jewish Community, the problem may be much more difficult to confront than leaders realize. Dean Dwyer underscored that his country and other Western nations remain "blind to the true source of antisemitism," and as a result, also blind to the cure.
By now, I am sure you are all aware of the terrorist act perpetrated against Sydney’s Jewish community on the first night of Hanukkah in the iconic Sydney suburb of Bondi Beach. The warnings issued by Australia’s Jewish community since October 7 had largely been ignored by our ruling class. Now, we see the heartbreaking result of ignoring those warnings. Jewish men, women and children are dead, Jewish shops intend to close permanently for security reasons, and an entire community is in mourning.
Satan will always have a special hatred for the Jews that is greater than his hatred for all other people, and that hatred will continue to express itself all the way into the Tribulation period as we see in the Book of Revelation. And anywhere you see anti-Semitism in the world, whether you see it in a nation, whether you see it in a city, whether you see it in a religion, whether you see it in an individual heart, or whether we see it in our own hearts, you are witnessing something that is demonic.
Before taking his own life on April 30, 1945, Adolf Hitler appointed Admiral Karl Dönitz, commander of Germany’s U-boat fleet, as his successor. Hitler knew that World War II was lost and betrayal among his leadership surrounded him. He turned to Dönitz, a man he regarded as disciplined, loyal, and untainted by the corruption of the Nazi inner circle, to defend what remained of the collapsing Reich. Instead, when Hitler died, Dönitz accepted reality: The Nazis were beaten.
The deeper we look at this man, the more apparent it becomes that while he says the right words, his actions betray him. He is playing the Muslim long game, similar to the “soft takeover” that Islam has carried out in Europe. He is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and I hope that President Donald Trump and other world leaders have enough insight to see him for who he really is. Al-Sharaa’s soft takeover is indicative of Islam’s global strategy. The clearest sign of this is in Europe where Muslim violence is blending with the vicious nature of the radical left to steal the peace of the continent.
No one should be shocked that Hamas is refusing to disarm. And yet, many in the West are surprised, obliviously believing that the terrorist group would honor Trump's peace plan. These leaders have failed to see these terrorists for who they really are: a demonic death cult.
The times of the Gentiles is coming to a close, and we rejoice to know that through God’s program of redemption and restoration, Israel will hold the preeminent position amongst the nations, exactly as prophesied. But we also rejoice to know that in the future Millennial Kingdom, God will make provision for believing Gentiles to enjoy the rich spiritual and material blessings which will flow from Jerusalem because the King’s throne will be there.
While God gives Israel the knowledge to greatly develop and advance, especially their defense capabilities, a day is coming when the world will behold an even greater display. God Himself stands in Israel's defense and destroys all those who rise up against her. That will be the ultimate weapon that Israel will possess—the Lord God of Israel.
Unfortunately for the prosecution, the already weak case is now deteriorating by the day. Everyone in the country sees it for what it is, but there are still enough Netanyahu haters amongst the citizens and the power-drunk judicial branch of the government to keep the court case going. Thus, in the midst of a seven-front war, the Prime Minister is forced to spend three days a week in court defending himself against politically motivated drivel.
I do not want to be the bearer of bad news, but I do not think that it will make any difference whatsoever for the people who hate Israel and the Jews because they are being manipulated by Satan using the irrational and demonic Jew hatred that he invented. The truth was always available, and it still is, maybe even more so, but antisemites do not want to be bothered with the facts. Will it help Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, or Nick Fuentes revise their positions? I doubt it!
X, formerly known as Twitter, released an update aimed at boosting transparency on its platform, revealing the country or region from which an account operates. It is a simple change, but one that has already proven fruitful, exposing widespread deception that is fueling global hatred against God's chosen people. Dozens of accounts that claim to be "eyewitnesses" of the war in Gaza have turned out to be operating from countries like Pakistan, Poland, the United Kingdom, and even Southeast Asia.
Considering the incitement of children, the pay-for-slay program, and numerous other anti-Israel actions by the PA, it is absolutely ludicrous that the world pressures Israel to make peace with these people. One thing is certain: hatred for Israel is not just a "Hamas thing." The majority of the Palestinians carry that same demonic hatred for the Jewish state.
