President Trump seems to have had enough. Over the past two months, he has shown extraordinary patience in negotiating with Iran and trying to close a deal that would end the war. Even though Iran’s regime violated the ceasefire time after time, attacking U.S. bases and our allies in the region, the president maintained that Iran wanted a deal and that progress was being made.
Yet, something seemed to shift earlier this week when Iran shot down a U.S. Apache helicopter over the Strait of Hormuz. The two pilots survived miraculously, but it was very clear that the Iranian regime was once again trying to murder Americans just as they have for 47 years, despite the ceasefire and ongoing talks.
The bottom line: You cannot make any sort of credible deal with a modern-day Nazi death cult of Islamic jihadists.
They smile in your face and nod in agreement as they secretly build nuclear weapons and plan your demise. The president gets this, and it appears he is through playing games.
Since Tuesday, U.S. forces have carried out a wave of strikes against Iranian military targets and sent a message to the regime that if they don’t agree to a deal, hell will be unleashed.
The mad mullahs seem to have gotten the memo. President Trump announced that the U.S. would not be striking Iran on Tuesday night. He had planned major strikes against Iran, but called them off at the mullahs’ request. Do they want to do a deal? We shall see.
โDon’t forget, we have knocked out all of their anti-aircraft. They don’t have any anti-nothing,โ the President underscored. โI mean, they may get lucky with a shoulder weapon or something, but for the most part, you know, they have no defense.โ
โThey’re finished,โ he reiterated. โBut the papers, the media refuses to write it. They’re finished. We can walk in there tomorrow. We could take soldiers. I don’t want to have boots on the ground, but if I wanted to, we could put a small group of soldiers and take over the whole place. They’re finished. And the media is crooked. They’re just like our elections. The media is crooked.โ
The mainstream media are the biggest cheerleaders for U.S. defeat in Iran. Now, the president also mentioned that he is considering seizing Karg Island, which is the key to Iran’s oil industry. That would be a game-changer, folks.
If you allow the Iranian regime to survive to fight another day, it will be back to its old tricks sooner rather than later. Let’s pray for President Trump, for the administration, and Prime Minister Netanyahu. Big decisions lie ahead for two individuals, whom I have called a pair of modern-day Winston Churchills, in a sea of Chamberlains across the West. Pray that God would give them wisdom.
