In the continuing legal saga of little James Younger, a judge has now taken away the father's rights when it comes to his son's well-being

Texas court ruled in favor of Jeff Younger, the father of James Younger, the 7-year-old whose mother attempted to medically transition her son into a girl.

On Dec. 6, Texas family law court Judge Kim Cooks, who had presided over the case of 7-year-old James Younger since 2017, was recused from any further work on James’ case, based on an appeal filed Nov. 5 by the boy’s mother, pediatrician Anne Georgulas.

A seven-year-old boy, whose mother claims he’s actually a girl named “Luna,” recently chose to go to school as himself, a boy named James, now that his father has been granted equal say in his “transition.”

A family advocate is protesting gag orders by judges in family disputes, citing the Texas case in which a father challenged his ex-wife's forced gender "transition" of their 7-year-old boy.

A family court judge in Dallas on Thursday ruled in a contentious and highly publicized custody case that a father of a 7-year-old boy has a say in the boy’s medical treatments, including the stated intentions of the boy’s mother to give him life-altering gender transition treatments.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced via Twitter on Wednesday that the state would be investigating the matter of 7-year-old James Younger of Dallas, a boy caught in a custody battle over the insistence by his pediatrician mother that he receive life-altering gender reassignment treatments against the wishes of his father.

In court yesterday, attorneys for the mother who is trying to “transition” her seven-year-old son into a girl chastised the boy’s father, who is trying to save his son from this, for “involving the media.”
