United Nations ‘Expert’ Declares US Drone Strike That Killed Soleimani ‘Unlawful’

The US drone strike that killed the Iranian Quds Force Commander is being categorized as ‘unlawful’ by a representative from the United Nations; The individual doesn’t believe the attack can be justified.

A representative from the United Nations is categorizing the US drone strike that killed the late Iranian general, Qassem Soleimani, as ‘unlawful.’ Soleimani was responsible for the management of Iran’s terror proxies throughout the Middle East, as well as confronting US forces in the region. He and nine others were killed near the Baghdad International Airport on January 3rd when they were struck by an unmanned air vehicle (UAV) belonging to the US.

This representative out of the United Nations, Agnes Callamard, is seeking to make the case that there is not enough evidence to justify the strike on Soleimani and those with him. The evidence, according to Callamard, falls short of proving there was an imminent threat regarding US troops in order to justify the strike.

Bypassing the reality that General Soleimani was responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent protestors (at the hands of his “security forces”), not only in Iran but also in Iraq, as well as the killing of numerous US forces, Callamard stated, “Major General Soleimani was in charge of Iran military strategy, and actions in Syria and Iraq. But absent in actual imminent threat to life, the course of action taken by the US was unlawful.”

Interestingly enough, Callamard is supposed to present her research later this week to the UN Human Rights Council – a political body that is questionable at best.

This activity coming out of the UN comes at the same time that the International Criminal Court (ICC), another highly-questionable organization, has also decided to accuse the US of war crimes, supposedly in Afghanistan. Israel is also being cited by the ICC for war crimes in Gaza.

‘No Israel’ Without Trump?: Mr. President, God Isn’t Looking For A Partner To Share His Glory

“Tell you what, if there wasn't me, there would be no Israel right now”… Those were the words of President Trump in an interview on Wednesday. Very respectfully, I want to say to the President of the United States: Mr. Trump, you're wrong. Trump has been the best friend that Israel has ever had in the White House—and I say that with no asterisk. But Israel doesn't exist because of any man.

Shifting Public Opinion: The Appeal Of Pride Month Appears To Be Fading

For years, June brought a predictable wave of corporate logos, advertising campaigns, themed merchandise, and public celebrations. Parents learned to pay closer attention to commercials in family programming, sports fans grew accustomed to Pride-themed uniforms and promotions, and many city streets became venues for often indecent displays at Pride parades. This year is noticeably different. The symbols are not gone, but they are far less prominent. It’s premature to say Pride has fallen, but it is fair to say the appeal of Pride Month has faded.

Jan Markell: Is Israel’s Spiritual Blindness A Reason For Christians To Reject Them?

Ezekiel 36 emphasizes that when the Jews return to the land, they will do so in unbelief. There will be spiritual regeneration much later! The dry bones of Ezekiel 37 reflect a lack of breath or spiritual life. God states he is gathering them back “not for your sake but for my holy name’s sake,” because their presence among the nations caused his name to be profaned. Ezekiel 36 promises that once back in the land, God will cleanse them, give them a new spirit, and cause them to walk in his statutes. But much later.
