It’s not creationists ignoring the evidence! We see over and over that science and reason agree with and confirm the truth that we find in God’s Word. Just consider the complexity of DNA, the intricate language system written into every cell of every living thing; the “fearfully and wonderfully” developing unborn baby (human development is incredibly complex!); the precise order of the heavenly bodies; and the intricacies of earth’s ecosystems. It all cries out for a Creator God.
Wokeness teaches that we are not responsible for our own lives. We’re born privileged or oppressed. The Bible says we are personally accountable for our sins (James 1:13-15). God created us all equal. Acts 17:26 says we are all created “of one blood.” The sin of racism requires repentance, like any other sin. Wokeness replaces repentance with reparations.
In its most extreme form, Preterism will tell you that Jesus has already come back, there is no future resurrection of the dead, and we are currently living in a spiritualized version of the New Heavens and New Earth! Preterism is on the rise in the American church, and Christians should be aware of some of the issues involved.

They either say that God’s promise to Abraham was conditional or that it was only spiritual or that it was all part of a grand scheme to do a “God’s chosen” quick swap with the advent of the church age. This doctrine continues to spread rapidly through the body of Christ, and it is not new. There have been many in the history of the church who have been doing all they can to erase the ongoing importance of Israel.
At COP30, Communist China unveiled a grotesque, demonic image that it calls the “dragon jaguar guardian spirit.” It displayed devil horns on its head and human hands holding the world. It shows that Satan, whom Jesus described as “the father of lies” (John 8:44), is advancing the need for all the world’s religions to unite under one banner using the ruse of a climate change emergency as its justification.

Hundreds of Christians in China will likely spend Christmas in jail this year, according to a recent report. Starting on December 13, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) mobilized “more than a thousand police officers, SWAT units, anti-riot forces, and firefighters” in the Zhejiang Province’s Yayang Town in Wenzhou City, raiding churches and conducting mass arrests of Christians, ChinaAid reported Friday.
Our world is getting worse. At first we might think, Who would want to be an end-times Christian? However, we have been called for such a time as this, and we are here on assignment! It is a privilege and a challenge to be alive in these days. We have a front-row seat to the last act. The drama has become intense. The players are all in place. The stage is being set. And you can’t understand the times without developing a biblical perspective that helps to shine the light of God’s truth on everything.
Few in the body of Christ would deny that America has fallen into unprecedented moral depravity. The question is, who is to blame? Is it the politicians? Hollywood? The liberal media? I’m inclined to think that we should lay a big part of the blame on the pulpits of the nation. Let me tell you why.

Perkins decried the SPLC’s infamous “hate map” as “a political weapon aimed at silencing viewpoints they oppose. … Once a group is branded, the SPLC’s label functions like a digital scarlet letter — deployed to restrict speech, isolate organizations, and undermine constitutionally protected viewpoints.”
If the government adopts this as its official definition it will be a very significant moment in this country. While it will not actually be a blasphemy law, it will effectively be a blasphemy code in relation to Islam. It won’t actually be a criminal offence to say something which falls foul of this definition, but you could lose your job and have your speech recorded against you as a non-crime hate incident.
Man can’t escape the fact that “that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, both His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse” (Romans 1:19–20).
Failing to understand God’s judgment means that you also neglect to recognize your desperate need for a Savior—and what you have been saved from. Severely downplaying the horrific nature of Hell may be popular in a culture not wanting to be judged for their sins, but it undermines the entire Gospel message.
Young people are particularly drawn to artificial intelligence. Some of them will tell you that they can get an answer more quickly from a search engine or Alexa than they can get from God. Who needs God in an age of artificial intelligence? A.I. is almost all-knowing. And these technologies will tell you what you want to hear in technicolor, 3-D, and in an instant.
Nathan's presence in the genealogy of Jesus underscores the divine orchestration of history and the fulfillment of God's promises, which have been given in detail throughout the Bible. So, this Christmas, as you celebrate the cradle, make sure you also celebrate the fact that Jesus will wear the crown and rule from David’s throne, as revealed to Mary in Luke 1:32-33: "He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end."
A few weeks ago, a short documentary from a secular news media outlet proclaimed “the quiet surge of France’s evangelicals,” sharing that “evangelical churches are booming in France, a country often seen as one of the most secular [atheistic] in Europe. They’re multiplying so fast that every ten days, a new evangelical church opens its doors”—a new church every ten days!
The Rapture agnostics tell us we cannot determine whether or not we will go through all of the Tribulation or perhaps a part of it. This is not true. The Bible provides us with a clear path leading to the certainty that Jesus is coming to take us home before the start of the Tribulation period, or what the Old Testament describes as the Day of the Lord. The absence of nary a hint that we must prepare for this time adds confirmation to this trek through Scripture.
The real story of the COP30 is the ongoing reshuffling of global economic power—away from the once-dominant West and toward communist China and its allies. From foisting more economic carnage on Western economies to creating more demand for Chinese-made “green” junk mandated by Western governments and subsidized by Western taxpayers, the CCP is laughing all the way to the bank.
This should hands down be the biggest story in America, but the mainstream media refuses to touch it. We are calling it "Somaliagate"—And yes, it's that big. If you live in Minnesota, $8 billion in your taxpayer money was stolen from federal programs through a massive web of fraud and schemes—tied primarily to Somali networks. Governor Tim Walz, Representative Ilhan Omar, and others have all been implicated in the fraud, knowing that it was occurring, but doing nothing to stop it.
Our society has gotten lost in the addiction of “cancelling.” But let’s be real... this is not a new phenomenon. It’s time for you to decide for yourself. Will you blend in and accept the current calm while surrendering what God has laid on your heart? Or will you step forward boldly, knowing that God is behind you, before you, and beside you, no matter what the world says?
The rise of Socialism has profound implications for the future of our nation and, given the fact that America is the global leader, it also has ramifications for the entire globe. It's nothing short of meteoric. However, beyond those concerns, the popularity of Socialism also has strong prophetic overtones that I believe will pave the way for the rise of the world's final great tyrant: the antichrist.
When you think of the book of Revelation, what comes to mind? Fire? Destruction? 666? Whether you have read the book many times or your experience is limited to a youth group showing of Left Behind, the terrifying scenes don’t always spur excitement for the future. And yet, the book that concludes the story of the Bible—and the story of the world as we know it—is a story of hope.
"People are hungry for what’s real and true,” said Bobby Gruenewald, YouVersion’s founder and CEO. “The Bible stands alone as the source of truth, carefully passed from generation to generation. It’s alive and active, and relevant to our everyday lives. These numbers represent millions of changed lives—people finding hope, direction and purpose in God’s Word.”
Distinguished leaders, policymakers, and survivors unmasked the brutal realities of oppression and Christian persecution worldwide. However, they not only rallied together to promote solutions to end it, they also put a special focus on journalism, and the role news tellers have in covering the grave reality of Christian persecution with piercing clarity.

Thank God that the United States declared independence from England two-and-a-half centuries ago and dependence upon the Lord at the same time. Great Britain, which was a prime mover toward human progress in many ways, seems to be going through a period of jettisoning its former greatness – one move at a time. On the chopping block? Trial by jury for many cases.
Why did Anna and Simeon so readily accept that the infant Joseph and Mary brought to the temple was the promised Messiah? They believed Bible prophecy, and more specifically, the opening lines of Isaiah 9:6, “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given.” They didn’t seem at all surprised that the baby they held in their arms was indeed the long-awaited Christ. They believed what Scripture said and didn’t try to allegorize (symbolize) the promise that the Messiah would arrive as a baby.
I believe that this article is materially misleading the public on a matter of real importance. The BBC has long suppressed stories of those who are grateful to have moved out of gay or trans identities, but this is a step further.
In addition to the political and economic agendas advanced at COP30, one of the least reported but most consequential developments in Belém was, in fact, the increasingly religious and spiritual framing of the global climate movement. Far from being a secular, science-driven assembly, COP30 brought together an unprecedented coalition of world religions.
Sadly, many evolutionists will accept that life was created . . . but they’ll say it was created by aliens who evolved first (but, of course, that just brings up the question of the origin of their life—but since aliens have never been observed, we can’t even begin to study that!). In the foolishness and sinfulness of the hard human heart, we will believe in anything rather than in the God of the Bible. It’s the reality of our sinful condition!
"Do you support Israel because you want Jesus to come back?” I had been asked this question a handful of times before by Jewish friends but never in this setting. Riding on a tour bus through Poland, I was the only Gentile and, as far as I know, the only follower of Jesus on the bus. We were all part of an educational trip on the Holocaust. He was seated next to me on the bus when he asked me the question. The man went on to explain that the evangelicals he knows told him they support Israel and want the Jewish people to return to the land because they believe doing so will hasten Jesus’ return. He was understandably dubious of Christians like myself who say they support Israel.
Trump's team is tracking down and deporting the many bad actors who entered America under the previous administration. Those deportations, along with Trump's vow to shut down immigration from places like Somalia and Afghanistan, has sent the left into a tizzy. Apparently, Democrats want to turn America into Western Europe, where mass Muslim immigration and lax border security are the norms. How is that working out for the Europeans?
There is hope in the headlines. And while what is happening in the church shocks us, it is not a surprise to God. The falling away of the church is prophesied in Scripture and points to the soon return of Christ. And for His own, the faithful and redeemed, salvation is secure. This shift away from biblical faith has become so common that the term "exvangelicals" is now used to describe these defectors from evangelicalism. Why is this happening, and what does it mean?
Post-truth. It’s a term some have heard. Essentially, it means objectivity has lost its footing to subjectivity; feelings and opinion are preferred over facts. What do churches (and especially pastors) appeal to as their final authority? Do they regard the Bible as God’s unchanging Word? His timeless, transcendent truth? Or is the Bible weighed along with societal norms and public sentiment?
We’re living in a time when people are standing up for all sorts of causes. And in some cases, people are even willing to lay down their lives for what they believe in. Isn’t it time that we, as Christians, stand up for what we believe? It seems to me that at a time when so many are standing up for so many causes, there are many in the church who are not standing up for anything. We are embarrassed. We are ashamed. But it’s time to stand up and be counted.
Spoiler: it wasn’t life! And it’s a great example of the importance of reading past the headline. These sensational headlines are often very misleading, exaggerating what was really discovered by taking scientific claims and making a giant leap.
As believers, we must warn against the practice of “algorithmic spirituality”. You see, algorithms do not take into account biblical truth when suggesting information to users. The algorithm will identify a common point of interest and suggest the more popular content without an examination of the validity or substance of the information. Therefore, people who are prone to accept what they see without being good Bereans will allow their spiritual life to be shaped more by algorithm than the Holy Spirit.
The poll found that Americans’ positive view of capitalism has declined to just 54% while the positive view of socialism has increased to 39%. In fact, 66% of Democrats now favor socialism, a 16% jump since 2010. Another survey found that young people — the eternal arbiters of “cool” — favor socialism more than the average American. A Cato/YouGov poll found that among those aged 30 and under, 62% favor socialism and 34% favor communism. Socialism is undoubtedly in style.
Whether this Thanksgiving finds you surrounded by the embrace of family or facing seemingly insurmountable challenges all on your own, remember that if you belong to Jesus, you have every reason for thanksgiving. Your salvation is secure, having been sealed by the Holy Spirit. Your future is bright, having been guaranteed by God’s faithfulness. And, your hope is imminent, in that Jesus could call His children home at any moment. These are the eternal realities that should fill your heart with gratitude, not just on one holiday, but every single day.
Saints, future generations need us. They rely on our loving care and biblical consistency. This is true on many levels. They need us to be careful and consistent with the gospel, in how we love them, how we lead them, and how we teach them. They especially need us to be lovingly careful and biblically consistent when teaching about the last things—eschatology.
The message of the Gospel invites scorn, ridicule and even violence from those who hate the truth. Christian persecution is growing in our country. American churches and synagogues are increasingly facing attack. As a member of President Trump’s recently appointed Religious Liberty Commission, I’ve been inspired to see how Christians are boldly standing on God’s Word and refusing to bow to a woke culture that thumbs its nose at God.
God says in Zechariah 2:8 that whoever touches Israel "touches the apple of His eye." There are numerous scriptures that I could mention which point to God keeping His promise to Israel, but perhaps the strongest of all is Exodus 4:22, which states, "Thus says the Lord: Israel is My son, My firstborn." Lila, you have done an incredible job championing the pre-born, but God doesn't turn his back on His "firstborn."
Have you ever heard the expression, “I’m no Rhodes Scholar”? It is a self-deprecating way of indicating that a person cannot match the intelligence of another. But have you ever wondered what the term “Rhodes Scholar” even means? People generally equate it with those who have had the opportunity to seek education at the highest levels. However, there is a dark side to the name and legacy of the person from whom the Rhodes Scholarship derives its name.
False teachings, particularly in regard to eschatology (the doctrine of future things), flourish today because of a lack of sound biblical teaching on the matter. Most pastors either ignore Bible prophecy or teach that the church is God’s promised kingdom on the earth (or will be). When we let the words of Scripture speak for themselves, they lead us to a belief in the pre-Tribulation Rapture. Our hope does not rest on human wisdom or experience, but rather upon what the Bible says.
Marxists, including Bolshevik revolutionary Vladimir Lenin, would explicitly refer to this initial stage of communism, immediately following revolution against the capitalist system, as “socialism.” Marx and Engels never refer to socialism as an entirely different ideology from communism but instead treat it as the early transition between capitalism and communism.
Did trusted California Pastor Jack Hibbs play a role in Charlie Kirk's assassination? Are Calvary Chapels a secret military operation to manipulate Christians into supporting Israel? According to disgraced commentator Candace Owens, the answer to both questions is yes.
“Calvary Chapel is not a cult. This custody order banning a mother from taking her child to a Christian church because of its biblical teachings regarding marriage and human sexuality violates the First Amendment. The custody order cannot prohibit the mother from taking her daughter to church. The implications of this order pose a serious threat to religious freedom.”
Laurie, senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Southern California, had initially scheduled a 2027 Harvest Crusade in Salt Lake City at the request of local evangelical churches there, but Kirk’s death gave impetus to Harvest and local church leaders to move the date up and change the location to the campus about 40 miles south of Salt Lake City.
I had found and told a story about a youth who broke a speeding law and couldn’t pay his fine. When he was put in prison, his father came and paid it for him. I reasoned that if the youth had been told the good news before he understood he had broken the law, the good news would have seemed meaningless. Modern evangelism has made that very mistake. It preaches the good news (the fine being paid) without first convincing the sinner that he is a lawbreaker.
“The Supreme Court now has the chance to set the record straight: Federal law clearly says that ballots must be received by Election Day,” Snead told the Center Square. “Despite this, some states continue to allow absentee ballots to pour in days or even weeks late.”
Among other major announcements, Newsom inked a number of unconstitutional quasi-treaties with foreign governments — several of which are dominated by self-proclaimed communist and socialist leaders hostile to the United States. These “partnerships,” signed on the third day of the UN climate summit, will supposedly “improve environmental protection” and “strengthen cooperation on climate and job-creating clean energy,” his office said in a statement.
Following the results of the off-year election, the far Left and politicians were quick to bring court-packing and radical “court reform” to the forefront of the national conversation.
There is no doubt that fear is rising in the world. It is palpable in many circles, even within the ranks of those who are well-versed in Bible prophecy. But as any good military commander can tell you, fear is debilitating and contagious. That is why we are told to encourage one another—and all the more as we see the Day drawing near. Hope is also contagious.
Because of Christianity’s biblical teaching on Hell, some atheists have criticized our faith and said that it’s at the root of a lot of the world’s problems. Actually, history directly contradicts that assertion. History shows us that a lack of belief in God and in the afterlife is at the root of many atrocities. If the atheistic Joseph Stalin really believed that he would be accountable to God and face Him one day, do you think he would have been as cruel as he was? Would Mao Tse-tung and other atheistic mass murderers have done the things they did if they believed they would face a final judgment?
Throughout the generations, mankind has sought out and developed a myriad of inventions with the express purpose of finding happiness in the world outside of a renewed relationship with God. Fallen human beings are creative and energetic in the field of evil, but when it comes to spiritual matters, there is a great deal of lethargy and rebellion.
"New voices now repeat old lies, cloaking them in the language of 'social justice' and 'democratic socialism,' yet their message remains the same: give up your freedom, place your trust in the power of the government, and trade the promise of prosperity for the empty comfort of control," he cautioned. "America rejects this evil doctrine."
For a while now, Israel and the Jewish people have been caught in a vise that is increasingly threatening their very existence. That vise is known as the red/green axis. Red being the ever-growing Marxist radical left (Communism on steroids), and Green being radical Islam (Sharia Law). Zohran Mamdani embodies the Red/Green axis all in one person. How such a person can exist, combining two opposite sides of an ideological spectrum, remains a mystery to me. It is highly irrational.
As the return of Jesus draws closer, few things should surprise believers more than the increasing hostility toward biblical truth. Scripture tells us plainly that mockers and scoffers will emerge as a defining characteristic of the last days. While we expect ridicule from a world that rejects God, what may be more shocking—and heartbreaking—is when scoffing arises from within the church itself.
I never thought that I would get worn out, exhausted, and depleted from warning the clueless that time is running out. This is a new level of delusional thinking that life will only get better despite all the biblical warnings. It’s all falling apart, folks, so that last day’s issues can fall into place!
In the broadcast, the BBC cut and joined two distant segments of Trump’s January 6 address to make it sound as if he said: “We’re going to walk down to the Capitol and I’ll be there with you — and we fight. We fight like hell.” The original speech contained those phrases more than an hour apart, in different contexts.
Mamdani's agenda was all in his campaign platform—and he is expecting the federal government (meaning all Americans, regardless of their state) to pay for his radical ideas. It's typical Socialism. Socialist leaders don't give anything back—they only take everything away. They promise the world and a basket of cookies for everyone, but the real agenda is lurking beneath.
I remember once at a conference a secular scientist said something like, “I don’t see any evidence for a global flood, all you find are fossil layers all over the world.” So blind! The evidence was staring him in the face. The violent deaths of billions and billions of creatures in rock layers all over the globe point to something very different happening in the past—a massive catastrophe.
Now, Kirk’s death seemingly has energized thousands to take up the causes he stood for. “I’m seeing John 12:24 being lived out,” Hertzberg said. “Jesus said, ‘I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit.’ We are seeing that in so many ways.”
As I travel and speak, people often tell me they no longer hear teaching about Israel and Bible prophecy in their churches. Their comments reveal two distinct realities: (1) There once was a time when they did hear such teaching in church, and (2) preaching what God says about Israel and prophecy has fallen out of favor.
Under the theory of ideological possession, because there is unwavering commitment to a person’s particular ideology, opposing views are seen as an existential threat, often leading to violence. That was clearly seen in the context of Nazism and seems to have also taken root in movements such as wokeism, which has no hesitation in turning to violence to silence opponents.
