A 26-year-old trans child sex offender has been sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility where they will be housed with female minors after being convicted for assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a public restroom eight years ago.
Eight years ago, a 17-year-old named James Tubbs, two weeks ago from his 18th birthday, grabbed a child by the neck and shoved her into a stall, where he proceeded to put his hand down her pants.
Now, the perp identifies as Hannah Tubbs, an identity only assumed after being taken into custody.

Tubbs, 26, recently pleaded guilty to molesting the girl in a women’s bathroom eight years ago when Tubbs was two weeks away from turning 18. At the time of the crime, she identified as male and went by James Tubbs. She did not identify as female until after she was taken into custody, according to prosecutors.
Because Tubbs began identifying as female after she was taken into custody, and [Los Angeles District Attorney] Gascon refused to try her as an adult, Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility. In L.A. County, juvenile facilities can house both females and males, but in separate areas. Tubbs will be housed with the females.
“Tubbs is 26 years old. Unlike George Gascon’s false narrative, she is not a ‘kid,’” L.A. Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami of the Complex Child Abuse Unit told Fox.
“There was evidence presented at the juvenile proceedings which showed that Tubbs sexually assaulted two young girls in different incidents in the past. The child victims will suffer lifelong trauma. Tubbs also has prior violent convictions and conduct as an adult,” he said.
Tubbs was charged for the crime in 2020 after being arrested on suspicion of battery in 2019. DNA collected at the time of the arrest linked Tubbs to the 2014 assault.
Gascon was reportedly concerned that Tubbs, who has multiple mental illnesses, could be victimized in an adult facility as a “trans woman.”
“Because of George Gascon’s blanket policy against transferring any juvenile to adult court, even if the 17-year-old rapes or murders an innocent child, James Tubbs will not have to register as a sex offender, will not spend any time in county jail or state prison, will be 26 and housed with juveniles for a very short period of time, and will be released with no probation or parole monitoring. The victims will get no justice. The public will get no safety,” Hatami also said.
Last year, California enacted legislation that makes it easier for trans inmates to be housed in facilities that align with their gender identity.
Advocates for female inmates have vocalized frustration that Sacramento politicians have ignored their concerns about the safety of prisoners in women’s facilities.

In 2020 another story, similarly horrific, came out of Iowa, surrounding, Joseph Matthew Smith, a man who was convicted of 15 sex crimes against children aged 1-13.
Smith, while in prison decided to begin identifying as a female and started “transitioning” his gender through hormone treatments. After, a little over 4 years in prison, it was announced that Smith was to be released because his gender transition made him less likely to “re-offend,” according to Iowa’s AG.
The decisions made surrounding Smith and Tubbs shows a blatant disregard for both the well-being of children and the Biblical and scientific reality that a person’s gender cannot be changed.
Children are often the ones placed in danger by the LGBT agenda permeating our society. Whether it be school pushing kids toward gender confusion and body mutilating surgery or the new narrative to “destigmatize” pedophilia, it is children that are primarily at risk.

“I would speculate that we cannot reverse this locomotive of immorality,” Fiorazo wrote, adding that those who redefine truth and morality have “created gods in their own image” and “don’t want any other God, authority, or moral standard” getting in the way of their agenda.
