COVID Halts Harris Campaign, Trump Credits God for His Recovery, Points Crowd to Jesus

With just 19 days to go until Election Day, an unexpected development hit the Biden-Harris campaign.

Kamala Harris’ in-person campaign events have now been canceled through Sunday. That word came from Biden’s campaign manager after two of her staffers, including her communications director, tested positive for coronavirus. But the presidential campaigns are continuing, full steam ahead.

On the campaign trail, President Trump talked about his recovery from the coronavirus and how he needed God’s help.

“Masks, no masks – everything, you can do all you want, but you know, you still need help from the Boss. You need help from the Boss. That’s what happened. We needed help,” he said pointing up to heaven.

At that rally in Greenville, North Carolina the crowd applauded when Trump said, “Somebody said to me the other day, you are the most famous person in the world by far. I said no, I’m not. No, I’m not. They say yes you are. I say nope. They say, who is the most famous? I said, Jesus Christ.”

Just to make it even clearer, he said, “I’m not taking any chances. I’m not going to have an argument.” So he looked up to the heavens and said, “It’s Jesus Christ… And let me look up and I’ll say it’s not even close.”

And First Lady Melania Trump has revealed their son Baron tested positive for coronavirus but says he is a strong teenager and has no symptoms.

Thursday night, an election first unfolded in the form of a divided presidential debate with Trump and Biden participating in dueling town halls on competing networks.

Pitching voters in Iowa, the President’s message couldn’t be clearer. “For me, to only be up six, I’m a little bit concerned. I’ll tell you that,” said Trump. Some polls are showing the race tight in states like Iowa that the president easily won 4 years ago.

Meanwhile, early voting records are being shattered across the country. There are long lines from Tennessee to Georgia and Texas.  “First time I’m voting early, but I didn’t want to leave it to chance,” said one voter.

The Danger Posed By Turkey Is Not Theoretical To Those Who Hold A Biblical Worldview

Turkey, a member of NATO, has a vast track record of antisemitism—praising the Iranian proxy-led massacre on October 7th, hosting Hamas terrorists, threatening to invade the Jewish State, and even publicly expressing the desire to acquire nuclear weapons. Some Military experts have gone so far as to brand the nation “the new Iran,” expressing concerns over Turkish President Erdogan’s thirst for power and radical anti-Israel rhetoric. The danger posed by Turkey is not theoretical to those who hold a Biblical worldview. Through the book of Ezekiel, chapters 38-39, we know that when the leadership in Turkey threatens to invade the Jewish State, we should take them at their word.

Regardless Of Strength Or Determination, No One Can Destroy God’s Uniquely Chosen People

Yad Vashem keeps alive the moving stories of those who suffered. But perhaps its greatest testimony to the world is for the Lord, who promised that no one—regardless of strength or determination—will destroy His uniquely chosen people, the “apple of His eye” (Zech. 2:8). God promised that the Jewish people will always exist (Jer. 31:35–36) and that He will curse him who curses Israel (Gen. 12:3). Hitler’s Third Reich is no more. But the nation of Israel is alive and thriving in the land God promised will belong to the Jewish people forever.

Jan Markell: You Can’t Have A Genuine Revival With False Doctrine Raging

I hear a dozen evangelists stating that we are on the verge of a great revival. One self-proclaimed prophet says that a billion souls will come to faith in the coming weeks and months. If my Rapture is imminent, how can there be an imminent revival? Which is it? The Bible does talk about a coming revival. The question concerns its timing. Is it in the coming days, or is it after the Rapture when the “left behind” world realizes they should have listened to believers like you and me, get a second chance, and multitudes come to faith?
