The rise of Socialism has profound implications for the future of our nation and, given the fact that America is the global leader, it also has ramifications for the entire globe. It's nothing short of meteoric. However, beyond those concerns, the popularity of Socialism also has strong prophetic overtones that I believe will pave the way for the rise of the world's final great tyrant: the antichrist.

Indeed, it has become commonplace among many churches and Christian circles to avoid and even dismiss the subject of Bible prophecy. The rationale behind such a decision is often motivated by fear of teaching on matters that can be viewed as controversial or contentious. Instead of expounding on prophetic Scripture that may be viewed as difficult or having the potential for objections and debate, some churches choose to simply overlook, omit, and neglect these portions of God’s Word.
Did trusted California Pastor Jack Hibbs play a role in Charlie Kirk's assassination? Are Calvary Chapels a secret military operation to manipulate Christians into supporting Israel? According to disgraced commentator Candace Owens, the answer to both questions is yes.
This is why antisemitism is so persistent. It is why it mutates from religious to racial to political forms. It is why it appears on the left and the right. And it is why today’s Jew-hatred looks eerily like yesterday’s, even when the rhetoric has changed. The covenant God made with Abraham remains, and therefore the hatred remains. But the Scriptures are clear: the Jewish people are not the obstacle to the redemption of the world—they are the vehicle of it.
I never thought that I would get worn out, exhausted, and depleted from warning the clueless that time is running out. This is a new level of delusional thinking that life will only get better despite all the biblical warnings. It’s all falling apart, folks, so that last day’s issues can fall into place!
Next year marks 250 years since the founding of the United States of America. Our nation has enjoyed two-and-a-half centuries of freedom, blessing and God’s providence. But sadly, we are not the nation we once were. We’ve drifted far from the Biblical principles that shaped our founding. Today, truth is under attack. Evil is called good, and good is called evil. And while the hour may be dark, I believe God is calling His people to wake up, not just to pray, but to stand.
Their line—"Christian Zionism is Christian heresy"—reveals that politics has become their religion. They promote not the transforming work of Christ in individual hearts but a cultural crusade—a collective Christian identity defined by power, blame, and control. In that movement, Israel becomes a target, and Christian Zionists are the pawns.
Israel is also right to be grateful for the involvement of President Donald Trump. But amongst the hyperbole which often accompanies exuberant celebrations, we must remember there is a truth to behold. During a brief interview by an Australian news journalist at Hostages Square in Tel Aviv, the interviewee excitedly claimed that Donald Trump is making the world great again. There is a subjectivity to that statement, which I am sure will be debated endlessly by people on the other side of the aisle. But my greater concern was the man’s follow-up statement. He called Donald Trump “the king of peace”.
As Christians, it isn’t enough to simply rely on political, military, or academic leaders to solve our nation’s problems or protect our freedoms. We need to recognize that the most powerful weapon at our disposal is the one faithfully proven to be effective time and again throughout the pages of Scripture.
Something had to give. Now, since the assassination of Christian martyr, Charlie Kirk, we see more clearly than ever two kingdoms colliding. In this clash of worldviews, one worldview justifies chaos and destruction in the name of “democracy” and oppression. The other proclaims true freedom found only in Christ. The Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is Lord, and His Truth endures forever.
While the nations of the world continue to put their hopes of peace squarely on the carefully crafted words of The Abraham Accords, many seem to be forgetting that God has His own Abrahamic document that He is working to fulfil. It is known as the Abrahamic Covenant and it is the fountain from which flows all of God’s redemptive purposes for Israel and for mankind as a whole.
By God's hand, many who were indifferent to the truth are being drawn to the Author of truth: Jesus Christ. Are believers prepared for this opportunity? The church needs to be equipped to stand firmly with the right foundation—ready to give an answer for the hope that we have and ready to make a defense when faced with hostile anti-biblical ideologies and false teaching.
“The Name of Jesus was certainly heard at Charlie Kirk’s memorial service today,” Franklin Graham wrote on Facebook. “Speaker after speaker lifted up Jesus Christ, and this included many of President Donald J. Trump’s cabinet. The Gospel was clearly shared for all who were listening. As I watched, I couldn’t help but say, ‘Thank You Lord!’”
You may not think you can impact a nation, but Charlie Kirk's life proves that one person inspired by the power of the gospel and willing to speak truth, engage with the lost, and shine the light of Christ in the darkness can impact countless lives. Choose this day whether you will rise to that challenge.
The Gospel was powerful enough to change Saul of Tarsus into Paul the Apostle. It was powerful enough to save 3,000 in Jerusalem on the day of Pentecost. It was powerful enough to convert thousands in the First and Second Great Awakenings, and it was powerful enough to move 2.2 million people to say yes to Jesus Christ under the ministry of Dr. Billy Graham, of which I’m one. The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation.
Have you had enough yet? Violence and lawlessness seem out of control. Senseless violence. Snipers unleashing bullets carved with evil messages on them! Who thinks this way? The line-up of atrocities never ends. An innocent Ukrainian woman coming home from her pizza job, casually scrolling on her phone on a train in North Carolina, is stabbed to death by a demonized thug. She had left war-torn Ukraine for the supposed safety of America. Yet a monster lurked in the shadows and ended her young life. And it was all captured on camera.
To the earth dwellers in the Tribulation Period, God’s truth causes such severe physical and mental pain, the death of the two witnesses will be celebrated as an international holiday. How could people act so wickedly? Wonder no more. The vile reactions which have flooded social media in response to the death of Charlie Kirk demonstrates that the same blackened heart which exists in the future earth dwellers is just as prevalent in the church age.
Charlie has now finished his race, his earthly course, and we celebrate his glorious graduation into the presence of Jesus Christ. It is now up to us to carry on the love, the defense and the courage that Charlie had in proclaiming Christ in America - his glowing vision that our nation would soon honor God and be great in His eyes by turning back to Him in all things.
America was blessed to have somebody like Charlie to speak the truth boldly and courageously. Obviously, he knew this day could come at any time. Let us honor his legacy by redoubling our efforts in the fight for truth, righteousness, and liberty.
I have often apologized that whenever you hear about Minneapolis, it is in conjunction with a tragedy or debauchery. But why? Is it strictly because the Bible says that “In the last days, evil will wax worse and worse”? (II Timothy 3:13). That verse sure comes to my mind almost daily! And without a doubt, it plays a big role.
Thousands of left-leaning Israeli demonstrators are expected to fill the streets of Tel Aviv again this Sunday to try to pressure the Netanyahu Government to end the war in exchange for the release of the hostages. The problem that much of the world, and the left in Israel, won't acknowledge is that Israel has already agreed to lopsided hostage ceasefire deal after ceasefire deal—Hamas is refusing peace.
Ask "Grok" about the origins of life, and you will get an answer detailing the "scientific consensus" involving billions of years of evolution. However, Calvin Smith, the executive director of Answers in Genesis Canada, in his new video series "A Talk With Grok," discovered something astonishing—when you peer behind the bias and press the programming to logically examine the evidence, you get a very different answer.
It almost feels a bit surreal. I have been aware of the seventieth week of Daniel’s prophecy at least since my seminary days in the late 1970s. Now, as I watch the world clamoring to bring peace to the Mideast by seeking to impose a peace accord upon Israel, I wonder, “How much closer can we get to the Tribulation without the Rapture happening?”
California Pastor Jack Hibbs called on his congregation at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills to voice opposition to an "unthinkable" new bill that would have disastrous repercussions for children in the state. "For years, we have been telling you about bad bills that they have been doing—this takes the cake," Hibbs underscored. "We want to make a statement because AB 495, one hundred percent strips parents of their parental rights."
More than once, I have encouraged President Trump to begin each day on his knees in prayer, humbly asking God for help. Christians should also be praying fervently for Israel, for the United States and their leaders as they face daily challenges and pursue lasting peace in the Middle East. The world needs peace through strength, but as Christians, we trust that “God is our refuge and strength” (Psalm 46:1).
Twice, while walking through Washington, Huckabee was aggressively confronted by pro-Hamas protestors. “They recognized me, surrounded me, screamed at me,” he told us. “It made things so uncomfortable that about fifteen D.C. police had to intervene. That happened—not once—but twice.” In a comment that startled many, Huckabee added, “I got to get out of this crazy town, Washington, and get back to Jerusalem, where I’m safe."
As he did with his first cabinet meeting, President Trump invited Scott Turner, United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, to open the gathering in prayer.
In Canada and around the world, the lies promoted at Palestinian protests continue to go unchecked. Our weak leaders would rather turn a blind eye than call out and confront this evil for what it is. As a result, this hateful movement continues to grow in its popularity. What does the God of this universe have to say about all of this? Will there ever be an end to the lies told against Israel and the Jewish people?
Martin Luther, one of history’s great men of faith in Christ, took a wrong turn. The results in human history have been devastating. His achievements are many, and they have endured across time. Sadly, so have his flaws. Martin Luther let an age-old evil rise up within him, and it wound up ruling a significant part of his life and legacy. At one point, it practically destroyed his German homeland. The old evil was an unreasoning hatred for Jews.
Let the Word of God be your standard of reality—not the Conservative Manosphere. The Apostle Paul calls what you are doing boasting against the natural branches, and he warns us not to do it (Rom. 11:11–27). By denying that Israel — even in her fallen state — has any claim to the land of promise, you are rejecting God’s self-revelation as immutable, faithful, merciful, gracious, and long-suffering.
The truth is that Israel should have finished them off, but if you know Ezekiel 38 and 39, none of this should surprise you as a student of God's Word. We know that Iran must live to see another day. What we are witnessing today is far more than just another major conflict with Israel and her enemies. This is part of something much greater that is coming. It is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
Sometime in the last 25 – 30 years, the church took its attention off of the incredible message that the King is coming. The days are gone when to be an evangelical Christian was nearly synonymous with being pro-Israel and pro-prophecy. It’s a new day and not a happy one. What incredible times we live in—like no previous generation. The world is heading pell-mell for a conclusion, and today there is a classic yawn within the church.
The warrior-king David wrote in Psalm 20: “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.” Yes, a strong military is vital for peace in today’s turbulent world. But history teaches us that military might alone is not enough. We need the protective hand of God.
