It Is Time To Stand Boldly For Biblical Truth: Is The Church Prepared For The Task Ahead?

The events of recent weeks have been both devastating and miraculous.

When Charlie Kirk was heartbreakingly assassinated at a campus event in Utah, suddenly, the hate-fueled attack on truth was abruptly thrust into the spotlight.

Then came a shameful effort at the United Nations, which came straight from the pages of Bible Prophecy. World leader after world leader declared their recognition of a “Palestinian State” with the hopes of carving up the state of Israel and gifting it to a group of terrorist supporting people, bent on the eradication of Jews. As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared before the assembly, truth was being “turned on its head.”

Nations that did not participate in the “Palestine” lie were met with outrage. Italy’s Prime Minister received a public death threat, with Pro-Palestinian activists threatening to assassinate her “like Kirk.”

These events—the murder of Charlie Kirk and the absurd recognition of “Palestine” by world leaders—are more interwoven than people realize. We are living in a war zone, and the enemy’s target is the truth.

Yet, in the midst of this battle, the truth has been miraculously gaining ground.

The violence against Charlie Kirk was an eye-opening event—not only to Americans, but to numerous people throughout the world.  In some, it sparked outrage and confusion. In others, it sparked Biblical courage, with numerous Christians being reminded that the voice God has given them matters and taking action to defend the truth is not optional.

By God’s hand, many who were indifferent to the truth are being drawn to the Author of truth: Jesus Christ.

It is time to stand boldly for Biblical truth. The question is: are believers prepared to do so?

The church needs to be equipped to stand firmly with the right foundation—ready to give an answer for the hope that we have and ready to make a defense when faced with hostile anti-biblical ideologies and false teaching.

Countless studies have revealed that a large segment of self-professing Christians are not up to the task. But you and I can help.

‘No Israel’ Without Trump?: Mr. President, God Isn’t Looking For A Partner To Share His Glory

“Tell you what, if there wasn't me, there would be no Israel right now”… Those were the words of President Trump in an interview on Wednesday. Very respectfully, I want to say to the President of the United States: Mr. Trump, you're wrong. Trump has been the best friend that Israel has ever had in the White House—and I say that with no asterisk. But Israel doesn't exist because of any man.

Shifting Public Opinion: The Appeal Of Pride Month Appears To Be Fading

For years, June brought a predictable wave of corporate logos, advertising campaigns, themed merchandise, and public celebrations. Parents learned to pay closer attention to commercials in family programming, sports fans grew accustomed to Pride-themed uniforms and promotions, and many city streets became venues for often indecent displays at Pride parades. This year is noticeably different. The symbols are not gone, but they are far less prominent. It’s premature to say Pride has fallen, but it is fair to say the appeal of Pride Month has faded.

Jan Markell: Is Israel’s Spiritual Blindness A Reason For Christians To Reject Them?

Ezekiel 36 emphasizes that when the Jews return to the land, they will do so in unbelief. There will be spiritual regeneration much later! The dry bones of Ezekiel 37 reflect a lack of breath or spiritual life. God states he is gathering them back “not for your sake but for my holy name’s sake,” because their presence among the nations caused his name to be profaned. Ezekiel 36 promises that once back in the land, God will cleanse them, give them a new spirit, and cause them to walk in his statutes. But much later.
