The only differences between Hamas and the Nazis are time and location. There was one person upon whom those pictures had a profound effect, and that was U.S. President Donald Trump. Already iffy on the whole “a few hostages at a time” agreement, his viewing of Ami, Sharabi, and Levy pushed him over the edge.
Every government and law enforcement agency in the world knows that you do not bargain for hostages. If you do and the bad guys actually hold up to their end of the deal, then you get a momentary dose of joy. But while you’re celebrating, the terrorists are plotting the next time when they’ll up the ante for a release.
Sunday saw the return of the first of the October 7 hostages who were promised to be released under the new ceasefire agreement. It was a time for joy and celebration, which was felt through all the cities and towns of Israel. However, it was a muted rejoicing...
If the gift of the Holy Spirit is given to everyone who comes to faith in Christ, then everyone who comes to faith in Christ has the power to be a witness for Christ.
President-elect Trump promised two international victories by the time he took office. First, he would end the war between Russia and Ukraine. Second, he would get Israel’s hostages back. Unfortunately, with his inauguration less than a week away, he’s batting zero for two. All hostages must be returned. Sadly, looking at this deal it seems that “must” should probably be changed to “It’d be nice if….”
This MidEast Update with Amir Tsarfati explores the ongoing challenges in Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey. From continued operations in Gaza, where Israel has...
The terrorists had hoped that their actions on October 7 would be the beginning of the end for the Israeli regime. That didn’t happen. Their Plan B focused on getting world opinion against Israel as Hamas fought hard against them. That also didn’t pan out.
In this Q&A, Amir Tsarfati and Pastor Barry Stagner answer your questions about Bible prophecy, current Middle Eastern events, and their implications for the...
The book of Nehemiah is a story of courage, boldness, steadfastness, and faithfulness in spite of incredible and growing opposition to the work of God.
The only leverage these broken-down, barely breathing barbarians have are the innocent lives of the people they stole from southern Israel 15 months ago. So, they’ll say whatever they need to say to win the hearts of a world that is desperate to find a reason to love them and hate Israel. But their words are disingenuous, so the fighting will go on.
In this final update of 2024, Amir Tsarfati shares insights from the heart of Galilee, Israel, including crucial developments in the Middle East. Topics...
The day He was born, everything changed. Through a broken line of sinful individuals, the “Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace” came to that which He created to provide eternal restoration.
In this month’s Prophecy Roundtable, Amir Tsarfati, Barry Stagner, Mike Golay, and Jan Markell consider some prophetic observations winding down 2024 and heading into...
Tensions continue to rise in the Middle East, with multiple developments in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and beyond. In this update, we explore the ongoing...
It’s true, we are not officially at peace.
There is still fighting going on in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and the West Bank. However, for the most part, the action is taking place outside our borders with very few aerial or ground terrorist attacks. I can’t say that it is back to how it was before the black day of October 7, 2023. It can never again be how it used to be. In some ways we are better off now than we were then. In others, we are worse.
These times are historic. Ever since October 7, we’ve constantly reminded ourselves “…but God is still on the throne.” This past week, He reminded us that He was there all along working and maneuvering. Then, when the timing was right – Bam! – He stepped in and did something marvelous before our eyes.
Damascus is a city that the Bible predicts will be decimated (Isaiah 17:1). Widening out from the city itself, we can also see that Syria, which has been a bitter enemy of Israel since 1948, isn’t mentioned among the nations in the future war of Gog from the land of Magog described in Ezekiel 38. Ultimately, what we learn relating to the nation to Israel’s north is that Damascus must fall.
Down in Israel the residents of north still aren’t able to go home, nor will they be able to until it is assured that the threat directly across the border has been dealt with. It had looked like we were well on the way to making that happen. But all that progress is being reversed.

With the new sheriff making his way to town, the tide in Washington is definitely turning Israel’s way. Iran is “just a short, technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%.” And, if the IAEA is only now getting around to admitting to this, we can be assured that they’ve had weapons-grade uranium for months now.

Europe has been Islamicized. Does that matter? Maybe we should ask the Jews who were in Amsterdam Friday night. Following a football game, fans of the Israeli team, Maccabi Tel Aviv, made their way back to their hotels. But a mass of Muslims were waiting for them. When the Israelis exited their public transportation, they were attacked. Many were beaten, some were stabbed. It was horrific, lasting about five hours.
You cannot imagine the relief that most here in Israel feel after Tuesday’s election. Across all economic classes, races, backgrounds, and the only two genders that exist, American citizens voted for the unborn. They voted for safe borders. They voted for family values. And they voted to support Israel. Those of us on the east coast of the Mediterranean were watching.

We have the same God over us as our ancestors had when they crossed the Red Sea and when they stood strong against the Assyrian army. Nothing has changed in the Lord’s heart since the day He told Abraham that He would make him into a great nation and would bless those who blessed him and curse those who cursed him.
While the attack was carried out by Hezbollah, there is credible evidence that Iran was behind it. Thus, no one should be surprised that the Islamic regime quickly tried to cover its failure with bravado saying that there would be major destruction to Israel if Netanyahu’s people came after Supreme Leader Khamenei.
After all the tracking of Yahya Sinwar, the leader of Hamas, and all the targeted attempts on his life that had to be aborted due to him surrounding himself with our hostages, it took a Rafah-based soldier firing a mortar shell at three random targets to kill this murderer. It reminds me of the death of King Ahab with the random shot of a bow. This is truly God’s work!
If you take all the rockets that fell on Israel from the beginning of the war and all the ballistic missiles that flew from Iran – both times – and you accumulate all their power to kill, then you look at how many Israelis actually were killed, it doesn’t even make sense. Just like the birth of Israel doesn’t make sense to some people, so the survival of Israel doesn’t make sense to others. My only explanation is that the effective and fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much.
Most people don’t get the magnitude of what we witnessed Tuesday night. One of my news sources, Hillel Fuld, expressed it perfectly. He wrote, “What we witnessed last night was the equivalent of God splitting the sea right before our eyes.” That is not an exaggeration, despite the attempts of the media to downplay what occurred. A common phrase we are beginning to hear around Israel is that we are living in biblical times
Israel's Legal Status: A Historical and Legal Perspective. Explore the undeniable legitimacy of Israel as a state, supported by historical facts and international law.
The legitimacy of Israel as a state is unsalable under international law. The Jewish people's right to a national Homeland in Palestine, stretching from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, has been recognized and upheld repeatedly. Those who deny this right are not only denying history but also denying the fundamental principles of international law.
The message was an error code that kept the device beeping and vibrating for ten seconds. Some lifted their pagers up so they could read the code before clearing it. Others just figured there was a problem and cleared the code while the device remained on their belts. As soon as they pressed the clear button, the devices exploded.

Hamas is committed to blaming Israel for every failed hostage negotiation. This is going according to plan. Despite Hamas rejecting every deal that doesn’t include a complete Israeli surrender, the media lays the responsibility at the feet of Netanyahu without fail. Just last week, the BBC was found to have breached journalistic rules 1500 times in the past months, pushing their agenda of anti-Israel propaganda in order to brainwash the people.

This week, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave what I believe to be the most powerful speech of his political career. Two days earlier, six hostages had been executed by gunshots to the back of their heads because Hamas felt the IDF was getting too close to discovering them. It shocked the world and outraged the nation.
They are the ones who make this racial. The protesters around the world also make this racial. We are not in a fight against the Arabs. But these terrorists and antisemites are in a fight against the Jewish people. That is the difference between them and us.
A clean-shaven, very normal looking man, Jaafar Mona from Nablus, walked along Lehi Road in Tel Aviv. On his back was a backpack that looked like any other backpack. What was inside, though, had the potential to kill dozens, if not more. While just ten minutes away from a crowded event at a stadium, the terrorist’s plot was thwarted when the explosive in his backpack prematurely blew up.
Tune in for this Prophecy Roundtable wherein Amir and his guests, Mike Golay, Jan Markell, and Barry Stagner discuss the growing issue of antisemitism in the church!
