Border Police officer, IDF soldier hit by Molotov cocktails in clashes

A Border Police officer was struck and lightly wounded by a Molotov cocktail during clashes with Palestinians in Hebron on Monday, a day after an IDF soldier was hit by a Molotov cocktail in the same city. The Border Police officer was struck in the face and video of the incident showed his clothes on fire.

On Sunday, an IDF soldier was struck by a Molotov cocktail during clashes between Israeli security forces and Palestinians in Hebron.

A Border Police spokesperson stated that Border Police officers confronted dozens of Palestinians throwing stones in Hebron on Monday. While officers used riot dispersal methods to disperse the Palestinians, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at an officer. The officer did not require medical care.

The governor of Salfit in the West Bank Abdullah Kamil issued an order for all shops and businesses to remove all signs and store names written in Hebrew and replace them with Arabic within the week on Monday, according to WAFA. Strict legal action will be taken against all those who fail to do so.

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas stated on Monday that he will stop security coordination with Israel. “Either we take our full rights according to the international legitimacy resolutions, or Israel must assume its full responsibilities (in the occupied territories) as an occupying power,” said Abbas at a Palestinian cabinet meeting in Ramallah, according to WAFA.

“We will not back down unless they retract and accept negotiations on the basis of international legitimacy,” added Abbas.

Palestinian demonstrators and security forces clashed in the West Bank on Sunday, according to Palestinian media. Dozens of injuries were reported due to tear gas and rubber bullets, including a Palestinian journalist. An additional journalist was arrested by Israeli security forces. Ten Palestinians were arrested on Saturday night and Sunday morning, including a guard at the Al-Aqsa mosque and two minors in Hebron.

The Palestinian National and Islamic Forces called for a day of escalation with Israeli forces on this coming Friday, according to Quds.

Debunking Popular Lies About The Pre-Tribulation Rapture

One of the most unpopular beliefs among Christians today is that of the pre-Tribulation Rapture. Many not only scoff at our expectation of meeting Jesus in the air, but also ridicule those of us who believe it could happen at any moment.

Truth Has Become A Casualty In Modern Journalism

Journalism once provided truthful insight into the news of the day. Follow-up exposés were common as more information became available. Readers were encouraged and enabled to understand the implications of the facts surrounding the news and arrive at a well-informed perspective. Those days are long past.
