The Palestinian Authority has done absolutely nothing to change its hatred towards Israel.
According to the Jewish News Syndicate (JNS):
The Palestinian Authority nearly doubled the payments it issued in 2025 to convicted terrorists and to the families of those killed while carrying out attacks, despite its repeated claims to have halted the practice, Israelโs Foreign Ministry revealed Wednesday.
Last year, Ramallah disbursed $144 million in payments rewarding attacks against Israelis. In 2025, it has already committed $214 million, โand the year isnโt even over,โ Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saโar tweeted.
Saโar told reporters in Budapest on Oct. 27 that โcontrary to the P.A.โs promises in English, they are continuing their pay-for-slay policy.
โPaying salaries to terrorists and their families for murdering Jews and Israelis has been Palestinian law since 2004 and until this very day. They just changed the method. The terrorists are collecting their payments from the Palestinian post office,โ according to Israelโs top diplomat.
Abbasย said on Feb. 21 that he would not deduct โa single pennyโ from payments to prisoners and the so-called Martyrsโ Fund, despite aย statementย earlier in the month that some countries had interpreted as signaling an end to the controversial policy.
โI told you once and I stand by my word: Even if we have [only] one penny left, it is for the prisoners and the martyrs,โ Abbas continued, echoingย previous remarks made during a 2018 address.
The actions of the Palestinian Authority are shameful, to say the least. However, what is especially disgraceful is the world’s constant pressure on Israel to make peace with these individuals.
The Palestinians not only hate Israel, they teach their children to do the same. Reminding us of that, Jewish News Syndicate, in a separate article earlier this month, wrote:
Palestinian textbooks remain filled with incitement against Jews and are rife with antisemitism and the promotion of martyrdom, in violation of past pledges of reform made to the European Union, a new study released Wednesday found.
The review of the Palestinian Authorityโs 2025-2026 national school curriculum by the London-based IMPACT-se research institute finds that the schoolbooks remain unchanged from previous years in violation of an E.U. accord signed last year for continued funding.
The study of some 290 Palestinian textbooks and 71 teacher guides used to teach 1.3 million pupils finds that antisemitism remains a โcentral featureโ of the curriculum, with Jews depicted as deceitful, manipulative or inherently corrupt enemies of Islam.
A 7th-grade teacher guide cited in the report describes Israelis bashing Palestinian childrenโs heads in front of their mothers and mutilating women for jewelry while instructing students to visually recreate the events with drawings.
Violence and terrorism are directly glorified, the review found, with Palestinians who killed Israelis lauded as โmartyrsโ and role models for youth.
A grade 12 textbook includes a poem urging students to return to Israeli cities, using emotive verse reminiscent of the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas-led attacks on southern Israel.
Even first-grade children learn the Arabic word for โmartyrโ as one of their very first spelling terms.
The study also found that the State of Israel has been erased from both maps and texts, its existence described as โincompatible with justice,โ while Israelis are routinely dehumanized.ย
I could go on and on with what the young children are being taught in Gaza and the so-called “West Bank.” Palestinian children are instructed to hate Israel, being fed with constant falsehood and propaganda about the Jewish State.
Considering the incitement of children, the pay-for-slay program, and numerous other anti-Israel actions by the PA, it is absolutely ludicrous that the world pressures Israel to make peace with these people. One thing is certain: hatred for Israel is not just a “Hamas thing.” The majority of the Palestinians carry that same demonic hatred for the Jewish state.
Trump’s plan, which was passed by the UN Security Council, should have demanded that the Palestinian Authority change its behavior and accept Israel as a Jewish state once and for all. Instead, a Palestinian State was dangled as a reward for PA “reforms” that will never last.
The Palestinians have made it crystal clearโon numerous occasionsโthat they are not interested in two states. They are interested in only one state from the river to the sea, and they teach that to their children.
The truth is that the Palestinians already have a state of their own; it’s called Jordan. The world should demand that the Palestinians move there, as the majority of them already have Jordanian passports. Those familiar with history know that the British had a mandate in 1920 that became international law to create a Jewish state in their ancestral homeland, which included present-day Jordan. Instead, the British betrayed the Jewish people, giving almost 80% of it away to form the emirate of “Trans-Jordan,” known today as Jordan. There is your Palestinian state. Yet, the world wants to further divide the land that God gave to the physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacobโnot only giving away their land, but handing it to a people who seek to destroy them.
I will tell you: the world ought to tremble for what they are doing. Judgment is coming soon. World leaders and the nations they govern are on a collision course with the God of Israel.
What can we derive from all of this? What does God tell us about what we are witnessing? Well, very simply, only His Sonโthe Messiah of Israel, Yeshuaโcan change hearts. The only way that there is going to be a true and everlasting peace in the Middle East is when Jesus, the Prince of Peace, returns.
Our prayer for the Palestinians is that they would come to Jesus. Our prayer for the Jewish people is that they would come to Jesus. Indeed, our prayer for the world is that they would turn to Jesus. He alone will bring you true peaceโtrue shalom.
I am reminded of Psalm 2:10-12, which reads, “Now therefore, be wise, O kings; Be instructed, you judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, And rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.”
