A free speech demonstration staged by conservative activists quickly fell apart in downtown San Francisco on Saturday after several hundred counterprotesters surged the area, outnumbering and attacking those gathered, including knocking one in the mouth.

A photographer working for The Associated Press witnessed a Trump supporter being taken away in an ambulance and an injured San Francisco police officer on the ground by San Francisco’s United Nations Plaza.

Team Save America organized the rally to protest Twitter, which it said squelches conservative speech. Members of the group wore red “Make America Great Again” Trump campaign hats and carried pro-police “Thin Blue Line” flags and U.S. flags.

Philip Anderson, the organizer of the event, posted photos to social media of his bloody mouth with a front tooth missing and another hanging loosely. He said anti-fascist protesters attacked him “for no reason.”

Anderson took the stage at about 1 p.m. and was greeted by chants and plastic water bottles and glass bottles thrown over police barricades.

The event was canceled, although both sides lingered in the area into the afternoon.

The San Francisco Police Department said three officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries when they were assaulted with pepper spray and caustic chemicals. One officer was taken to a local hospital for treatment, the department said.

No arrests were made, the department said.

Anderson called the counterprotesters hypocrites and said they are the reason why he’s voting for President Donald Trump.

“I love America, I love this country and I love free speech,” he said.

Breitbart – San Francisco police had to quickly extract a group of conservative activists who attempted to hold a Free Speech Rally and Protest at Twitter headquarters. The small group of protesters was quickly surrounded by a violent mob of Antifa counterprotesters.

At one point, police determined they needed to move the conservatives away from the protest area in order to keep them safe. As the mob followed police carried out an emergency extraction to move the conservative group away from the scene.

One video shows a van driven by a San Francisco police officer being escorted by multiple police motorcycle officers and they move the “Make America Great Again” hat-wearing protesters to safety. The officers drive the conservatives back to a parking garage where their cars were parked.

This video shows how outnumbered the pro-free speech activists were. Hundreds of communist, Anti-American, pro-censorship, black-clad psychotics showed up to protest free-speech.

In the articles above, two specific things should be referenced: the lawless tech censorship that conservatives and Christians are rightfully standing up in opposition to and the utter hatred and violent lawlessness demonstrated by the counterprotesters on the scene.

In recent days and months, we have seen a rising brazenness on the part of social media tech giants to silence conservative voices, chiefly those that oppose the Marxist, pro-abortion, LGBT, globalist, COVID totalitarianism, and anti-God agendas being perpetrated by the left.

Although not what one might picture when thinking of the term “lawlessness,” this too is corrupt and lawless behavior. Tech giants continue to escape being held accountable for their attacks on the fundamental right of free speech, as well as their election meddling and suppression of truth.

It is no surprise that satan hates those who speak the truth, this has been displayed throughout history, and it is specifically amplified in these last days (2 Timothy 3:8-13).

That brings us to the counterprotesters from the above news story. They did not merely “protest,” just as they did not “peacefully” gather in recent months; they were violent and riotous. The type of lawlessness demonstrated through violence is also a sign of the times, as explained by Hal Lindsey in his article, “Lawlessness Spreading Across the Land”:

The Bible foretold that the time near the return of Christ would be marked by lawlessness. In Luke 17:26-30, Jesus compared those days to the times of Noah and Lot. Genesis 6:11 tells us that in the time of Noah, “The earth was corrupt in the sight of God, and the earth was filled with violence.”

That sounds like today-rampant violence and corruption. Lot lived in a time and place of violent mobs. In both stories, we see that people lacked empathy, and thought mostly of themselves and their pleasures. Several places in the Bible warn us that the end times will be times of “lawlessness.” That, along with so many other signs, seems to be describing our day.

Lawlessness in all of its forms has become increasingly out in the open.

What we are currently witnessing is a foreshadowing of the coming Tribulation where the coming “lawless one,” the antichrist, will rule over a rampantly depraved world government that will be unrestrained in its corruption.

Knowing that the Bible outlines that the Body of Christ will be Raptured from the earth prior to the Tribulation, Scripture says, when we see these things and signs “begin to come to pass,” then we are to “look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” (Luke 21:28)
