Hamas lied. Are you surprised? The New York Post recently published an article exposing the lies that Hamas told the world about how many children and civilians died in Gaza.
“Since the horrific attacks of October 7, 2023, Hamas and its sympathizers at the United Nations and college campuses have lied to the world,” the New York Post reported. “They have denied the truth that Hamas raped its prisoners, invented atrocities by Israeli forces, and denied Israel has the right to exist. They also made up how many Gazans died. We know this because Hamas admits it.”
“The murderous terror organization’s Ministry of Health has quietly reduced the number of civilian deaths that it has claimed were inflicted by Israeli forces,” the Post detailed. “In its March 2025 fatality list, 3,400 ‘victims’ simply vanish. Previously listed as people who perished last August and October, it turns out Hamas invented them. That includes 1,080 children Hamas claimed were killed by Israel that never were.”
“Of course, the media and protesters parroted these numbers without question,” they underscored. “Will they show any remorse now? Will they start treating official proclamations from the Hamas-controlled agencies as what they are โ propaganda?”
I can firmly say that the media has no plans to recant any of the false information that they have been purposely quoting.
To top it off, Canada continues to see Palestinian marches demonizing Israel while spreading disinformation to paint Israel as the villain. Such was the case at the beginning of Passover, when marches in Ottawa, Montreal, and Edmonton featured disgusting displays of evil. Participants at these rallies chanted, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” “Occupation no more,” “Israel no more,” and even a call for jihad.
Can this really be happening in a Western nation such as my home country of Canada? Why are we showing restraint to those who are openly calling for the destruction of Israel and the Jewish people? Why are we allowing these demonic pro-Hamas supporters to spread this evil on our streets?
A significant portion of the blame should be placed squarely on the media, who are promoting this behavior with their one-sided reporting.
CTV News, covering the massive Ottawa march against Israel, shamefully reported Associated Press and United Nations statistics of those killed in Gazaโwhich are based on Hamas statistics. They did this despite the fact that these numbers have been proven false. Where are the journalistic standards? They carried their blatant bias and disinformation into their interviews with the thugs demonizing Israel in the streets.
Now, if I were to openly call for the destruction of these evil protesters, I would be arrested and thrown in jail in less than 24 hours! Yet, no one is stopping them. Are the politicians, mayors, and members of parliament all on vacation?
The New York Post went on to highlight that the outrage goes beyond the number that Hamas said were killed.
“The truth? About 72% of those killed are men, ages 13 to 55,” they stressed. “In other words, likely members of Hamas.”
Andrew Fox, the author of the Henry Jackson Society Report, stated: “The demographics are the most important thing in all this. We’ve heard the claims that about 70% of the deaths are women and children, and these lists, especially the most recent, show that’s complete nonsense.”
“Serious errors have been discovered on the Ministry’s lists of fatalities,” his report noted. “These errors include a 22-year-old registered as a 4-year-old, a 31-year-old registered as a 1-year-old and several men with male first names registered as female โ artificially increasing the numbers of women and children reported killed.”
“The lists also include people who died before the war and people who died from attacks by Hamas rather than the Israel Defense Forces (IDF),” the report continued. “They likely include around 5,000 natural deaths per year, including cancer patients who were listed by the Ministry for hospital treatment after they had already appeared on fatality lists.”
The New York Post added that “Israel has gone out of its way to minimize civilian deaths, giving warnings for areas to be evacuated ahead of military actions.”
“Again and again, the Hamas narrative has been debunked,” the Post emphasized.
Coleman Hughes, in a podcast interview with Joe Rogan, explained how Hamas embeds itself amongst civilians.
“If you ask the question, ‘What is different about this war than all other wars?’ [The answer] not the civilian death toll,” he stated. “The ratio of combatants to civilians is, I think, better than the American armies was when we got ISIS out of Mosulโthat was like 10,000 civilians dead to kill 4,000 ISIS. This is 19,000 civilians dead to kill 13,000. It’s not that.”
“What’s unique about this war, unlike every other war that I could think of, is that you have an army in Hamas that has perfected the art of embedding itself and meshing itself with civilians so that you cannot hit them without hitting the people around them,” Hughes remarked. “Other armies have done this, but none have perfected it to the extent that Hamas has. No army that I know of in military history has had 15 years to build 300 meters of tunnels underneath a cityโthat they don’t use to shelter the civilians, but they use to shelter themselves so that they can operate right under a kindergarten, right under a mosque.”
“This is a challenge no army has faced,” he underscored. “I agree with all of the absolute tragedy and suffering of the Palestinian people, but what creates that is the way Hamas fights. We can [say], ‘Well, Israel doesn’t have a clean shot, and so they have to let Hamas get away with it because it’s too much to bear,’ but then we are essentially creating a situation where terrorists have found the perfect solution. You can cross the border, go house to house slaughtering your enemies, and then hide behind your own people, and they can do nothing about it. It’s a perfect strategy. Can we live in a world where we allow that to be an acceptable strategy? I don’t think so.”
Instead of the world having compassion for Israel, they have decided to forget what took place on October 7th, forget the evils of Hamas, and stand with the demonic death cult hellbent on wiping Israel off the map.
The Jewish State has been endeavoring to make peace with its neighbors since its inception. However, in order for that to happen, the Palestinians in the Arab world must recognize Israel’s right to exist. Israel handed over the entire Gaza Strip in 2005 to make peace. In return, they were the recipients of tens of thousands of rockets raining down on Jewish civilians and a Holocaust 2.0.
The least that we can do here in the Western world is to squash these shameful and disgusting rallies. That includes no longer bringing antisemitic individuals into our country. We should be deporting anyone who has come here calling for jihad against Israel and the Jewish peopleโplain and simple!
Those who were born here and have chosen to participate in these hateful rallies need to give their heads a shake. Quit sponsoring evil and start standing with Israel, the only democratic country in the Middle East that is protecting the same freedoms and values that you enjoy here in the West.
It’s time to wake up. If you are confused on the matter, educate yourself on the history of “Palestine” and where the name came from. Most importantly, educate yourself on what God’s Word has to say.
The Bible warns that those who call for the end of Israel are on a collision course with the God of this universe. As He says in Joel 3:2, “I will also gather all the nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of My people, My heritage Israel, whom they scattered among the nations; they have also divided up my land.”
If you think that somehow you’re going to be able to destroy Israel, here’s another verse for you: Jeremiah 31:35-36 states, “Thus says the Lord, who gives the sun for a light by day, the ordinance of the moon and the stars for a light by night, who disturbs the sea, and its waves roar (The Lord of hosts is His name): If those ordinances depart from before Me, says the Lord, then the seed of Israel shall also cease from being a nation before me forever.”
In other words, as long as the sun, moon, and stars are shining in this sky, Israel will never cease from being a nation before God forever.
