When Christian physicians are quietly pushed out of medicine, the most affected victims prove to be the patients. Millions upon millions of Americans seek out physicians who align with them and their family’s moral convictions, and that small minority that honors the intrinsic value of every human life is slowly being rooted out. By conditioning medical admission upon secular compliance, the medical establishment has created an ideological monolith, one that has swapped out Hippocratic healing for ideological conformity.

In 1947, a Bedouin shepherd boy and a wayward goat made an amazing discovery in a nearly inaccessible cave in Qumran, Israel, forever confirming the accuracy of the Bible. When the goat wandered into the dark cave, the shepherd boy was curious and ventured inside to explore. He threw a stone into the cave and unexpectedly heard something crack. He returned later with friends to search the cavern, which eventually resulted in the discovery of a fantastic collection of ancient biblical scrolls in clay jars.

There is a dangerous temptation in American politics to believe that every political problem can be solved by winning one more vote. If the Supreme Court issues decisions that a political party dislikes, why not simply change the number of justices and appoint new ones? Congress has the constitutional authority to determine the size of the Court, after all. Why not use that authority?

The New York-based company Mayday.Health is advertising illegal abortion procedures in Kentucky, state Attorney General Russell Coleman (R) alleged in a lawsuit filed Thursday. “These out of state activists are not only breaking Kentucky law, they seem to delight in rubbing our faces in it,” Coleman said. “We refuse to allow Mayday to taint our values and put our people at risk.”

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is suing the public school district of Kansas City, Kans. (KCKPS) for guidelines that would facilitate student gender transitions without notifying parents, the DOJ announced Tuesday. This is the first instance of the U.S. government suing a local school district for violating the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) for such a policy.

A new resolution in the House of Representatives condemns socialism and the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) as “incompatible with American values and the United States Constitution.” The resolution begins by connecting the DSA, a membership organization espousing democratic socialism, and socialism to the brutal legacy of communism. It’s right to do so. Democratic socialism and communism, or Marxism-Leninism, are both types of socialism — an economic and social ideology devised by German philosopher Karl Marx in the 19th century.
