Teen Takeovers: The Lawless Social Media-Generated Phenomenon Wreaking Havoc

Have you seen the new social media-generated phenomenon,ย Teen Takeovers? A Teen Takeover is when a riot of teens, in numbers overwhelming to local police,ย floods a local prearranged meeting through social media to wreak havoc.

Youth run wild, defying authority, starting fires, ramming police cars, smashing windows, robbing stores, doing anything and everything that comes to their minds that is against the law and societal order. It is a young human explosion of anger, rebellion, organized chaos, destruction of property, breaking laws, theft, and bodily injury.

Those involved say they aren’t looking to really hurt anybody. They only aim at destroying their little part of Western Civilization as a protest against what they have been indoctrinated to believe are rampant injustices.

At the risk of beating the same ignored drum, what we are seeing is just one more product of the breakdown of the family and the infiltration and indoctrination of our educational institutions by the enemies of not only the United States of America, but western civilization. The Teen Takeover situation is only going to worsen as Law Enforcement catches up with the situation and takes steps to stop it.

This present Administration is not like the previous complacent, compliant ones that looked on riots as part of their platform. The Trump Administration sees clearly and identifies enemies, foreign and domestic, and implements effective defenses. They will prepare and tactically apply the necessary law enforcement resources and put an end to the new trend. It will likely be messy at first. But Iโ€™m betting on societal order to be restored.

Teen Takeovers are signs of the times in which we live. The Bible states, โ€œBut know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self- control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn awayโ€ (2 Timothy 3:1-5).

It would not be hard to find numerous examples of such rampant, sinful, godless behavior from top to bottom in society and the world today. In a word, what we see isย anarchy. Anarchy is humanity throwing off what they purport to be the shackles of restraint in law. Anarchy is lawlessness. Anarchy is anti-law. Anarchy is violent antinomianism.

The Bible equates lawlessness with sin and its author, the devil (1 John 3:4 and 8). The Antichrist is strongly linked with lawlessness (2 Thessalonians 2:3-9). When Satan is referred to in scripture, lawlessness is closely intertwined (Job 1-2; Isaiah 14; Ezekiel 28). Keep that in mind if you are rioting in a Teen Takeover!

The Bible states that the unsaved world is under the influence of Satan (1 John 5:19). Therefore, it shouldnโ€™t surprise us to see anarchy and lawlessness on the rise in this fallen world. The devil knows his time is short.

In Jesusโ€™ Olivet Discourse made on the Mount of Olives just outside the eastern gates of Jerusalem, He spoke of lawlessness as a characteristic of the Latter Days. Jesus said, โ€œAnd because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow coldโ€ (Matthew 24:12). According to Jesus,ย lawlessness leads to lovelessness.ย Lawlessness is the product of lovelessness. Lawlessness leads to more and more lovelessness. In other words, the person who acts lawlessly finds more and more excuses to paint their opponent in a darker and darker light. The lawless person finds more and more excuses to act lovelessly toward those they oppose.

Lawlessness breeds hate. And that is exactly what we see in our streets.

‘Thus Sayeth The Lord’: What Do We Make Of All The ‘Pastors’ Denigrating God’s Word?

My father was a wonderful Christian man, and he would never knowingly compromise God's Word. I will never forget as a young person growing up when my father was reading and teaching the Bible. Whenever he came to verses where he read, "It is written," "thus sayeth the Lord," or "have you not read?" he would light up and talk to us about the authority of the Word of God. These supposed โ€œpastorsโ€โ€”and I say supposed because they are false shepherds leading the sheep astrayโ€”don't like what the Bible says. They would prefer to rewrite it according to their own liking.

A National Crisis Of Antisemitism: Canada Receives An Alarming Report Card On Its Treatment Of Jews

Canada has been getting bad report cards for a number of years now, with 2025 being the worst yet. According to the report by B'nai Brith, 6,800 anti-semitic incidents were documented across Canada in 2025โ€”the highest number ever recorded since the organization began tracking incidents in 1982. That is an average of more than 18 antisemitic incidents per day. The report described Canada as facing a โ€œnational crisis of antisemitism,โ€ noting that incidents increased by 9.4% over 2024 and by 145.6% since 2022. B'nai Brith reported a dramatic increase in online harassment, vandalism, and incidents of violence, especially since October 7th, 2023, as well as the alarming increase in the demonization of Zionism and trends of antisemitism on Canadian campuses.

The Danger Of Reshaping Christianity To Fit Culture: An Evangelical Pastor’s Open Letter To James Talarico

When theological claims are presented in the Name of Christ, people naturally assume they are hearing Biblical truth. My concern is that some of the positions you advocate may lead sincere people away from the clear teaching of Scripture and toward a version of Christianity that reflects the spirit of the age more than the Word of God.
