As Europe Crumbles, The United States And Israel Stand As The Two Nations Willing To Defend Their Civilization

untitled artwork 7662

It’s easy to see why Europe resents Israel so much.

Israelis are patriotic. They’re resilient in the face of adversity. They’re confident in their country, their culture, and the justness of their cause. Everywhere you look in Israel, there are large families.

Israel is everything Europe used to be.

The prophet Zechariah promised a day would come when the streets of Jerusalem would be full of boys and girls playing in the streets (Zech. 8:5). We are there today, and it’s a beautiful thing to see. Israelis are increasingly conservative, and they honor their traditions and forefathers.

There is a feeling among Israelis that they are all in it together as they battle Islamic jihadists on a daily basis. Israelis are innovative and optimistic about the future.

Drive through Jerusalem today, and you see cranes and construction everywhere. Exciting things are happening. On the other hand, drive through Paris, London, Brussels, or Berlin, and the last word that comes to mind is not excitement, but alarm.

Over the past several days in France, we’ve seen thousands of young Muslim migrants and second-generation Muslim immigrants wreak havoc.

According to the willfully blind mainstream media, they’re supposedly protesting the conditions in French schools. But that’s just a cover for the real goal: to conquer France from within.

The display from Paris last weekend was Palestinian flags as far as the eye could see, no French flagsโ€”funny how that works!

Now, the riots in France have spread to Brussels. We have also seen mass Islamic shows of force over the past week in London, Copenhagen, and Turin, all with the full support of the European left, which is marching arm in arm alongside.

The unholy red-green alliance is the main reason Europe is a basket case today. Mass civil unrest and civil war seem inevitable.

There’s no easy way out of the mess Europe’s elites have created. They chose to import millions of Muslims, reject Christianity, and embrace socialism. Now the people of Europe are paying a very heavy price.

Across the West, you see two nations willing to defend their civilization: the United States and Israel. Everything else in between, from Europe to Canada to Australia, is a mess.

Let the scenes from Paris this past week serve as a cautionary tale for Americans as we head to the polls on November 3rd for the midterm elections. Paris is just a taste of what the left has in store for America if they ever gain power.

The United States, under President Trump, is an island of sanity in a rising tide of Islamism and socialism that’s gaining traction across much of the West.

Whether it’s confronting Iran’s nuclear ambitions, rejecting mass migration, or smashing wokeness, the U.S. under President Trump is the critical line of defense for Western civilization and a beacon of moral clarityโ€”as is the nation of Israel, which heads to its own elections on October 27th.

Two elections, two countries, and massive consequences for the free world.

Israel And The Battle Inside Todayโ€™s Churches

The mainline denominations have become increasingly anti-Israel. This isnโ€™t surprising given that for centuries they have accepted the tenets of Replacement Theology, believing that God long ago rejected the Jewish people. Sadly, the battleground is no longer between mainline denominations and evangelicals, but itโ€™s rather inside the walls of churches that profess to be Bible-believing. Itโ€™s no accident that churchesโ€™ mainline denominations, long steeped in Replacement Theology, are the most prone to acquiesce to the worldโ€™s woke agenda. If Godโ€™s Word doesnโ€™t really mean what it says about Israel, then alternative views of other passages become more inviting and eventually accepted.

Church Gives Ohio Pastor A Standing Ovation For Revealing He Has ‘Two Wives,’ Calls Monogamy ‘Unbiblical’

Would you give your pastor a standing ovation if he and his wife introduced a second wife to the congregation? I certainly hope not! But thatโ€™s apparently what happened recently at a church in Cleveland, Ohio. According to reports and a video thatโ€™s been making the rounds on social media, the pastor of LifeWorks Churchโ€”referred to as a โ€œprophetโ€โ€”and his wife (also identified as a pastor) recently introduced a member of their congregation, a woman called a โ€œminister,โ€ as โ€œthe prophetโ€™s wifeโ€ and the first wifeโ€™s โ€œsister in marriage.โ€ Apparently, the โ€œprophetโ€ has been married to this second wife (they referred to it as a polygynous marriage) for three years. And when she was introduced, the congregation (many of those seen in the video at least) stood, cheered, and applauded!

The Church Cannot Remain Silent On Biblical Matters Because They Have Been Declared ‘Political’

Jesus called His followers the salt of the earth and the light of the world. Neither image suggests withdrawal. Both describe engagement that makes a difference. So the issue is not whether the church should become political. It is whether Christians will remain biblical when biblical truth has political consequences. Our calling is neither to become the mouthpiece of a party nor to retreat into silence. It is to stand on Godโ€™s word, defend what is right, confront what is wrong, and speak with courage โ€” even when the culture would rather we remain silent.
