The legal watchdog organization, Judicial Watch, filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services after the HHS did not comply with providing communications surrounding adverse side effects of COVID-19 vaccination.
The initial FOIA, filed in late August of 2021, requested: “All emails sent to and from members of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee regarding adverse events, deaths and/or injuries caused by investigatory vaccines for the prevention or treatment of SARS-CoV-2 and/or COVID-19 currently produced by Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna and/or Johnson & Johnson.”
Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, pointed out that the extreme lack of transparency by the government regarding the vaccine side effects is very telling.
“The government’s unlawful stonewall on this issue, which will now take a federal FOIA lawsuit to resolve, suggests that there is something to hide,” he insisted.
“Americans have a right to know about any and all safety issues tied to the COVID vaccines,” Fitton underscored.
Dr. David Gortler, who is a pharmacologist, pharmacist, and an FDA and health policy fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, in an article published in The Federalist, similarly questioned the government’s motivations for keeping citizens in the dark about health problems resulting from vaccination.
“The FDA, Centers for Disease Control, Pfizer, and Moderna knew about myocarditis and pericarditis risks from the mRNA vaccines since day one, yet made no formal warnings to Americans in the form of recommending labeling changes or any other warnings, such as letters to warn physicians, pharmacists, or the American public,” he wrote.
“Elementary drug safety education tells us that when any risk appears in small, preliminary, highly controlled, manufacturer-sponsored initial studies with specially selected subjects by the sponsor, there is significant potential that it would translate to many people having that risk when that same drug is administered to, say, much of the planet,” he explained. “In other words, it’s important to pay special attention to what adverse events manifest during the early stages of experimental drug testing, such as with the new mRNA technology.”
“Under the normal run of things, the responsibility of notifying consumers and prescribers of updates in safety and efficacy would fall upon manufacturers. But since Covid-19 vaccinations were mandated by the White House for all workers until the Supreme Court took action (they are still mandated for health-care professionals), and the fact that Pfizer and Moderna still have a federally granted liability shield, the duty of safety monitoring must fall under the auspices of the FDA,” Gortler continued.
“Today, unquestionably serious cardiovascular, thrombotic, and neurologic adverse events related to the vaccine have occurred around the world,” he described. “The FDA’s own vaccine adverse event tracking system (the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, or VAERS) shows substantial and serious risks from the vaccine, even though the FDA only collects an estimated 10 percent of all adverse events.”
“Still, federal agencies and manufacturers aren’t officially warning the American public about these risks, despite having been privy to this information for almost a whole year. Why? One reasonable explanation is because it would counter the narrative that endless vaccines and boosters is your patriotic duty,” Dr. Gortler concluded.
Author and Stand Up For The Truth Radio Host David Fiorazo recently discussed the Biden Administration’s vaccine rhetoric, which he says focuses more on compliance than informed decision making.
“Comply, obey, and surrender; take government-endorsed shots – or pay a price. This regardless of the fact there is extensive, documented evidence that people have died and are dying from vaccines and well over a million now have reported adverse complications according to the site, open vaers,” Fiorazo noted. “Many of us hope the leftist media, global socialists, and power elites can only suppress the truth for so long until, little by little, more facts emerge.”
“As more data is emerging, accountability will hopefully be demanded, and more questions will be asked about the awful and deadly mishandling of the crisis by the U.S. government (Fauci, and WEF) and its allies in the one Party Big Tech Media Conglomerate,” he maintained.
“One thing is certain: we need to trust in the one true God rather than a secular government consisting of agenda-driven, sinful men and women,” he urged, adding that Christians need to hold fast to their faith and hope, not falling into the trap of letting government stoked fear dictate their decision making.
Interestingly, the Bible describes the vast corruption we are seeing permeate the highest levels of governments worldwide. In 2 Timothy 3:8, we read that “men of corrupt minds” will “resist the truth” in the time prior to the return of Christ.
It is worth noting that the following verse (V. 9) states that these corrupt individuals and entities, one day soon, will “proceed no further,” and “their folly shall be manifest unto all men.” That promise from God’s Word should provide us with great encouragement in these perilous times.
