Trump Is The Most Pro-Israel President In American History—But The World Is Not Applauding

Last Saturday, President Trump posted to Truth Social: “Whether people like Israel or not, they have proven to be a GREAT Ally of the United States of America. They are Courageous, Bold, Loyal, and Smart, and, unlike others that have shown their true colors in a moment of conflict and stress, Israel fights hard and knows how to WIN!”

No matter what you may think of him, one thing is certain: President Trump has been the most pro-Israel president in American history. For that, I am extremely grateful, especially in a world that blames Israel for everything.

Here is a brief list of Trump’s pro-Israel achievements in his first and second terms in office:

  • Recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital
  • Moved the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
  • Recognized Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights
  • Brokered the Abraham Accords
  • Withdrew from the disastrous Iran nuclear (JCPOA)
  • Shifted the American stance on Israeli settlements
  • Cut funding to Palestinian-related terror programs
  • Closed the PLO office in Washington
  • Strengthened military and strategic ties with Israel
  • Was the first sitting president to visit the Western Wall
  • Backed Israel throughout the Gaza war
  • Reversed some of the Biden-era restrictions on Israel
  • Cracked down on college campus anti-Israel movements
  • Took on the Iranian regime with Israel to prevent them from creating a nuclear bomb to be used not only on Israel but also on the West.

Yet, much of the world is not applauding this impressive list of accomplishments; they despise him for it, and they blame Israel for America’s involvement in this current war with Iran.

Throughout all of this, God is taking note, and you can be sure that blessings and curses will follow how the world treats Israel and the Jewish people (Matthew 25:31-46). Israel is not perfect—no nation is—but God still commands us to comfort His chosen people (Isaiah 40:1). God also promises to judge all those who come against them.

While all eyes are on the Middle East, wondering if this war with Iran will come to some sort of peace agreement or resume, we need to remember that allowing the Iranian regime—that cries “death to Israel” and “death to America—to continue unchecked without any intervention is naive, to say the least. It’s living in a fantasy world, and it’s national suicide.

When your enemy has spent almost 50 years calling for your death and destruction while spending billions trying to achieve that, you had better listen to them. The United States and Israel are doing the world a favor by confronting this demonic regime while there is still time.

I’m calling on believers around the world to lift this up in prayer. If we don’t, who will? In Psalm 122:6-7, we read, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces.” There is a promise of blessing for those who stand with Israel and intercede for them.

Thank you, President Trump, for standing with Israel. We should call on all leaders around the world to do the same.

In-Depth: Safeguarding Freedom—A Biblical Model For Defending Our Civic And Religious Rights

Since religious freedom has been a hot-button social issue and is more and more frequently covered in secular and Christian news media outlets, we sometimes are asked these questions. Does the Bible address religious freedom, and, if so, what does it say and where? The Apostle Paul (and his traveling companions on various mission trips) is perhaps the most notable example of a biblical figure who suffered religious persecution and also on occasion stood up for his religious liberty. It is interesting that Paul did so in a government that had some similarities to Western nations.

There Is No Middle Ground With Christ—If You Aren’t For Jesus, You’re Against Him

As an evangelist, I take sharing the Word of God and the hope of Jesus Christ very seriously. The way I look at it, eternity is at stake every time I stand up at the podium. When eternity is on the line—the difference between Heaven and Hell—I don’t pull punches. People need to know that both are real, literal places, and surrendering one’s life to Jesus is the difference. There is no middle ground with Christ. If you aren’t for Jesus, you’re against Him.

Jan Markell: You Can’t Have A Genuine Revival With False Doctrine Raging

I hear a dozen evangelists stating that we are on the verge of a great revival. One self-proclaimed prophet says that a billion souls will come to faith in the coming weeks and months. If my Rapture is imminent, how can there be an imminent revival? Which is it? The Bible does talk about a coming revival. The question concerns its timing. Is it in the coming days, or is it after the Rapture when the “left behind” world realizes they should have listened to believers like you and me, get a second chance, and multitudes come to faith?
