Texas Enacts New Pro-Life Law Restricting Chemical Abortions

The day after the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a new law restricting chemical abortions took effect in Texas.

“Mail-order abortion drugs are now prohibited in Texas,” Texas Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted. “Earlier this year, the Biden Admin. temporarily lifted restrictions on abortion-inducing drugs allowing them to be delivered by mail. We will not allow that in Texas.”

The law, known as SB 4, specifies that “a manufacturer, supplier, physician or any other person may not provide to a patient any abortion-inducing drug by courier, delivery or mail service.”

Instead, the law requires an in-person examination by a physician, a mandatory follow-up visit within 14 days and new reporting requirements for providers.

In addition, SB 4 prohibits physicians from prescribing abortion-inducing medications to women who are more than seven weeks pregnant—three weeks earlier than the previous cut-off period.

Any physician, health care practitioner or facility that defies the new law could be charged with a criminal offense and sentenced to time in jail.

According to the Guttmacher Institute, about 60% of abortions conducted before 10 weeks are chemical abortions.

Texas Right to Life legislative director John Seago said he hopes SB 4 is just the beginning of the state’s effort to rein in online and out-of-state providers.

“We see this as the future of the pro-life fight,” he said. “… even after Roe or after states are able to pass very stringent pro-life laws.”

The Spiritual Landscape Of Australia Has Been Laid Bare, And It Is Not A Pretty Sight

The Sydney protest, held on 9 February 2026, contained the usual elements: antisemitism, Palestinian flags, disgusting signs, mob mentality, and lawless behaviour. The latest jingle was also on display, with one protestor holding up a sign reading: “From the river to the sea, Herzog to the ICC.” The ICC is obviously a reference to the International Criminal Court, with protestors continuing to maintain that Israeli officials should be prosecuted for war crimes. Roundly criticised for her appearance at the protest was the 2021 Australian of the Year, Grace Tame.

Supreme Court Hears Case To Uphold Biological Truth: ‘This Isn’t A Political Issue. This Is A Genesis 1 Issue’

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Cissie Graham-Lynch, who attended the oral arguments, commented: “This isn’t a political issue. This is a Genesis 1 issue.” The senior advisor for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association continued: “Regardless of what the Supreme Court decides, God’s Word is clear—men are men and women are women. And today I’m grateful, girls finally had their historic day in court to say just that.”

Markell: Why I Am Paying Close Attention To President Trump’s ‘Board Of Peace’

President Trump will serve as chairman and wield considerable overall control. It will help resolve conflicts globally. He has the sole authority to invite new members and appoint a successor.  Global peace seems to be their goal, though they will participate in other global duties as well. The immediate focus of the Board of Peace will be Gaza, though there was no word about Gaza in the charter.  A lot of Godless people seem to be in charge, such as Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, Tony Blair, and almost 60 more movers and shakers. Most have a worldly view of the world and of “peace.”
