The Same Accusations Leveled Against Zionism Are Being Leveled Against God Himself

Chris Katulka

Did you know in 1975 the UN General Assembly passed a resolution called the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination (UN Resolution 3379).

Sounds reasonable and good, right? Who likes discrimination and bigotry? I know I certainly don’t.

The authors of Resolution 3379 attempted to define exactly what they meant by discrimination through highlighting particular acts of racism occurring during that time such as the apartheid in South Africa. Shockingly, as you continue to read through the resolution you find the UN also considered Zionism a form of racism and discrimination! Zionism is the basic belief that the Jewish people have that right to exist and live in the land of Israel. So in 1975 if you believed the Jewish people had a right to live and exist in the land of Israel you would have been considered a racist bigot by the United Nations.

Even though 1991 brought the end of Resolution 3379, the belief that Zionism = Racism continued to be propagated. In 2001 at the World Conference against Racism in Durban, South Africa draft documents were once again written equating Zionism with racism.

Even today, a typical tag line used by anti-zionists today is that Israel is an “apartheid state” equating Israel with South Africa when it was an apartheid country… the most blatant form of racism.

So is Zionism racism?

An Israeli friend of mine once told me lies about Israel are being propagated everywhere in the world, but the substance of those lies only go as deep as slogans used to spread them. For instance, when someone says “Zionism = Racism” they don’t have the full knowledge of exactly how tolerant and open-minded Israel actually is.

If Zionism is racism then one would assume only Jewish people are allowed to be citizens of Israel, while the Arabs (Christian and Muslim) would be considered second-rate. In reality, that’s the furthest thing from the truth. Israel’s citizens are comprised of many races and religions.

Israeli Jews and Arabs equally receive Israel’s public healthcare, pension, and education. Israeli Jews are required by law to serve in the Israeli army, while Israeli Arabs have the option to join if they wish. Israeli Jews and Israeli Arabs have the right to vote, demonstrate, and voice their opinion against the Knesset (Israel’s Government). As well any Israeli citizen (Jewish or Arab) can as run for political office. Arabs have been present in Israeli politics since the countries birth, and today there are 12 Arabs that hold Knesset seats.

That certainly doesn’t sound like racism or apartheid to me.

God promised through the prophets that He would return the Jewish people to the land of Israel. This promise is reiterated over and over in the Scriptures, which makes the Bible a very Zionist book… so does that mean God is racist too?

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Even in God’s promise to return the Jewish people to the land God had in mind all people. God promised to bring the Jewish people back to Israel so that all, “the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Lord God” (Ezk. 36:23). In this passage God reminds the Israelites that He is returning them NOT for their sole benefit, but for the blessing of all nations that they may know He is the One True God!

So does Zionism = Racism? No, it’s a lie from Satan himself to bring hate to His people. The moment you do any research on Israel, the only true democracy in the Middle East, you find that Zionism is tolerant and appreciative of all people no matter what race, color, or creed.

Teachers Vow To Resist Texas’ Decision To Add Biblical Texts To The Required Reading List In Schools

As implementation approaches in 2030, expect more lawsuits, media hysteria, and teacher pushback. Texas has taken a courageous stand. Other states should follow — not just with Bible readings, but by rejecting the false neutrality that has hollowed out education. The stakes are the minds and hearts of the next generation. True education demands the full truth, starting with the Book that has illuminated Western civilization for millennia. Anything less is delusion.

‘Blessing What God Calls Sin’: American Denomination Endorses Sex-Change Procedures for Minors

“When a denomination votes to bless what God calls sin, the vote itself is not the real story,” he stated. “The real story is a church that has decided the spirit of the age gets the final word instead of the Word that made the age. That decision was settled long before any ballot was counted... Scripture does not leave us guessing about who we are. Genesis tells us God made us male and female in His own image, and He called His handiwork very good (Genesis 1:27, 31). A church that can no longer say so has stopped listening to the One it claims to serve and begun echoing the culture it was sent to reach."

Will America Last Another 250 Years?

Looking back, there can be no denying that God has indeed shed His grace—His unmerited favor—on our land, from sea to shining sea. But does our national “soul” encourage self-control? Do our laws champion ordered liberty? Is our success tempered with nobleness? Is brotherhood the defining characteristic of any good we aspire to reflect? By all of those measures, America seems decidedly adrift. We are drifting farther and farther from Nature’s God—the Ruler of the Universe our Founders called upon and credited with for our celebrated independence.
