Barry Stagner: He Is Coming To Judge The World With His Truth

Barry Stagner

Psalm 96:10-12 states: “Say among the nations, ‘The Lord reigns; the world also is firmly established, it shall not be moved; He shall judge the peoples righteously. Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; Let the sea roar, and all its fullness; Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the woods will rejoice before the Lord.'”

“Let the sea roar…” The Holy Spirit is speaking here, saying, “Let the sea roar and all its fullness… let the earth be glad and the heavens rejoice… let the field be joyful, and all that is in it, and the let the trees of the woods rejoice,” for the King is coming to judge the earth!

Our God is not limited in scope or in power. He isn’t the “god” of this or of that, but He is the Lord of all Creation, the mighty King! He isn’t worried about being challenged. He isn’t worried that He will be overthrown. He isn’t concerned about Allah ruling the world, nor is He fearful of any of the millions of Hindu gods. The New Age movement doesn’t frighten Him, nor does Buddhism or Scientology restrain Him or threaten Him with overtaking His kingdom. He is the King! He is coming to judge the world with His truth.

God’s truth is the only absolute, moral truth. His truth, His Word, stands fast in the heavens. It is the measure by which all men will be judged. His truth is the very definition of righteousness. Psalm 33 states: “For the word of the Lord is right, and all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice. . . . By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. . . . Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect. The counsel of the Lord stands forever. . . . Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance” (Psalm 33:4-12).

Anyone who thinks they are going to stand before God and say, “But, Lord, I practiced tolerance and was politically correct all my life. I never offended anyone,” has their concept of access to heaven sorely mistaken.

God wants His Good News proclaimed, and He wants His children to be fully committed to doing so with all they have and with all they are, because His truth is the earth’s most precious commodity and only His truth can save the human soul from eternal death! In this world, which is growing increasingly more fragile, and where tensions around us are mounting to what seems like an unbearable degree at times, remember that God has a plan, and part of that plan includes our witness of Him to a dying world. Let’s ask Him to show us someone today with whom we might be able to share the wonderful news of His love even in the midst of the horror stories we see and hear all around us.

Where The Church Stands On Israel And Its Future Is Much More Than A Simple Theological Disagreement

What we believe about Israel and its future is of utmost importance. No church is neutral on the matter of Israel’s place in Bible prophecy. Many pastors say that such matters pertaining to the end times are of lesser significance than other more weighty matters of the faith. In my experience, however, they are the most aggressive in promoting the church as the new Israel and the least tolerant of those who disagree with them on this topic. Even so, some might ask, “What’s the big deal?”

Unadulterated Antisemitism: Zohran Mamdani And The Heightened Danger Jewish New Yorkers Face

From lox and bagels to Broadway to the sitcom Seinfeld, the Jewish people and New York City go hand in hand. The nation’s most populous metropolis is home to the largest Jewish population outside Israel: 1.4 million. But since the November 2025 election of the city’s new anti-Zionist mayor, Zohran Mamdani, many Jewish New Yorkers are wondering if “home” will have to be someplace else. New York City long stood as a goldene medina—a golden land—where God's chosen people could live freely, something rare anywhere else until Israel’s rebirth in 1948. Now, with the city led by a mayor hostile to the Jewish people and their ancestral homeland, recent events portend a troubling future for New York’s Jewish community.
