As An American-Israeli, I Can Tell You That ‘America First’ Does Not Mean ‘Stay Out Of It’

Daniel Cohen

(Tel Aviv, Israel) โ€”ย A ballistic missile attack from Iran struck an eight-story building as well as a nearby bus depot on Tuesday morning. I witnessed the severe damage from this attack, including a 20-foot crater, which occurred only five minutes away from my home in central Israel. I thank God that no one was hurt.

My family and I are being awakened every night, multiple times, by ear-piercing sirens warning us to get to the bomb shelter. On Monday morning, I filmed the Iron Dome activating right next to my house.

In the first three days of Operation Rising Lion, at least two dozen people across Israel were killed by Iranian attacks: three on Friday, thirteen on Saturday, and eight on Monday.

Should America be involved? The US has already deployed massive military assets to the regionโ€”the USS Nimitz carrier strike group, refueling tanker aircraft, two destroyers, and thousands of additional troops. American assets have been helping Israel intercept Iranian missiles. President Trump has been clear. On Monday, he stated on Truth Social that “Iran can not have a nuclear weapon” and advised everyone to evacuate Tehran immediately.

And yet, there is a growing voice among conservatives in America, like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and Matt Walsh, saying “America first” means “stay out of it.”

Carlson, on Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” stated that an America focused on its own country was “the promise of the last election,” insisting that the United States’ involvement in thwarting a nuclear Iran would be a violation of that promise. “If you think that’s hate, you’ve really lost perspective,” he added.

Tucker is wrong. A nuclear Iran is a direct threat to America. The Islamic Republic’s Supreme Leader openly stated: “If we wanted to build a nuclear weapon, America would not be able to stop us.” To which the crowd chanted, “Death to America!”

It is remarkable what Israel has accomplished in only a few days. Israeli forces took total air superiority over Iran. IDF forces have neutralized a third of Iran’s ballistic missile sites, eliminated 17 nuclear scientists, denigrated Iran’s nuclear facilities, and assassinated more than 20 IRGC commanders.

Iran is begging the United States and Israel to come back to the negotiating table. However, Israel must not squander this historic opportunity to cut the head off the snake that’s been threatening Israel for 46 years.

Let me take you back, America, to the 1940s when Charles Lindbergh from the America First Committee told crowds that the United States should stay out of Europe’s war.

“I have been forced to the conclusion that we cannot win this war for England,” Lindbergh told the audience.

Sound familiar? What they didn’t understand, what some of these conservatives don’t understand today, is that evil doesn’t stop at borders. Hitler wasn’t going to be satisfied with Europe. America could have been next.

Nazi influence was already inside America. In February 1939, 20,000 people attended a Nazi rally at Madison Square Garden. Nazi propaganda infiltrated American politics and media. People stood with signs saying, “Hitler hasn’t attacked us, why attack Hitler?”

The same thing is happening today.

The terror-sponsoring state Qatar has spent billions infiltrating American universities and funding anti-Israel movements on college campuses. They operate propaganda networks like Al Jazeera that spread anti-Israel and anti-American sentiment.

The America First Committee disbanded the day after Pearl Harbor. How many lives could have been saved if America had acted earlier?

So, please, my “America first” friends, why not listen instead to the type of man Tucker Carlson used to be? In 2006, Carlson publicly argued that the United States should threaten Iran with a mighty military response if it refused to stop its nuclear program.

“I think what you say is, you either stop your nuclear program, or we will bring down an earthquake upon you using God’s wrath,” he urged.

In 2012, Carlson powerfully stated: “I’m sure I’m a lone voice in saying this: I think Iran deserves to be annihilated. I think they’re lunatics. I think they’re evil. America faces this same choice today. Don’t wait until Iranian weapons are pointed at American cities because you can’t be the land of the free without the home of the brave.”

The UFO Phenomenon Is Not Proof Of Extraterrestrials, But Evidence Of A Larger Spiritual Deception

One important observation made by both secular researchers and Christians is the repeated connection between UFO encounters and occult involvement. Many researchers have noted that those deeply involved in spiritism, channeling, occult practices, and paranormal experimentation are those who frequently report UFO-related experiences. Academic studies examining UFO belief systems have also found overlap with mystical and paranormal beliefs.

Two Options Are Laid Before Every Person… And The Stakes Are Eternal

In some situations, the choices seem unlimited. Scripture simplifies our choices down to an either/or, A or B, black or white option: either accept Christ as Savior and Lord OR reject Godโ€™s gracious offer of forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life. The choice is yours, but the ramifications are everlasting.

The evolutionary worldview is a religion, one thatโ€™s practiced by those who attack Christianity. They have a nontheistic religion; in fact, evolution fits one of the Merriam-Webster dictionary definitions ofย religion: โ€œa cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith.โ€ The dictionary definition of religion certainly describes the worldview of evolutionary naturalism.
