The Left has an infatuation with socialism, communism, and Islamism, and it appears that half the country is just fine with this form of repression.
Daniel Cohen, News Director for the Real Life Network, recently highlighted a New York Times/Siena poll of more than 1,500 likely voters which found that “51% view socialism unfavorably.”
“This is frightening,” he underscored. “I get it… It’s the New York Times. They do polls that are meant to shape public opinion, not report public opinion. But when I first read that poll, my stomach dropped.”
“The headline that they want you to read is that ‘a majority of Americans reject socialism.’” Cohen noted. “The headline that I read is that half of the country is willing to dip its toe in the pool of the ideology responsible for hundreds of millions of deaths around the globe—that is socialism. Only half of this country [refuses to reject] the ideology that gave us bread lines, gulags, and the highest body count of the entire 20th century.”
“Listen, we can vote our way into socialism, but we will never vote our way out,” he warned. “There’s only one way out of socialism, and the cost is an enormous amount of bloodshed. History has borne that out.”
What is the left thinking? Are they unaware that eventually other people’s money will run out? The free ride can’t sustain itself.
I think they’re thinking in line with the United Nations, building their ideology on globalism. The UN General Assembly had this reality on display in New York.
Thankfully, President Trump pushed back. In his speech before the UNGA, the President called them out, emphasizing that “The United States totally rejects any attempt to construct a globalist scheme” in the sphere of artificial intelligence, mass migration, and much more, which are “actively destroying the greatest cultures.”
“[The United Nations] must stop imposing the far-left agenda of globalist bureaucrats who nobody ever elected,” President Trump asserted. “There is no global government, and while I’m president, there will be no global taxes.”
If America and other parts of the free world that are flirting with this repressive system aren’t careful, they will find themselves victims of this repressive system. Knowingly or unknowingly, globalists and their socialist comrades are rushing headlong towards what will soon be the antichrist one-world system.
The antichrist will be a socialist or a communist, as he is a totalitarian. Through the Bible, we can be sure of that—thankfully, God’s Word also tells us that believers will never meet him.
The Antichrist one-world system is where we know socialism and globalism are ultimately heading. People are falling for this leftist lunacy today, just as they are going to fall for the antichrist in the future.
With socialism on the Midterm election ballot across the United States this November, I asked Michele Bachmann, my “Falling Into Place” co-host, former congressmember in the U.S. House of Representatives, and 2012 presidential candidate, for her thoughts.
“The greatest thing that you can have in an election is high contrast,” Bachmann noted. “I have never in my lifetime seen a higher contrast than this fall with what the two different political camps in America are offering.”
“Socialism has never worked anywhere. It’s an abject failure. All socialism does is consume. It doesn’t produce anything,” she emphasized. “Socialism is on the ballot… When you look at what it is that people have to choose from, it’s freedom [vs enslaving ideologies].”
“During the speech that President Trump gave at the UN, he ticked off one unbelievable accomplishment after another in just the last two years,” Bachmann detailed. “If we can keep this momentum going, there’s no question America will make its mark as the premier nation in the world. We are now, but we will solidify that [or] we could lose all the incredible gains that have happened.”
“What is worse is we’ll take a deep dive into a totalitarian slavery,” Bachmann cautioned. “I’m not overexaggerating or being melodramatic. It is a slavery that’s being offered by one political party in the United States.”
“Believers have to vote,” she implored. “There’s no way around this… they have to vote.”
